Description of Work: Did a through energy audit and the person doing the audit was very capable. The only complaint that I have is that he was suppose to provide a written copy of the audit and thus far has not.

Description of Work: I bought a deal $69 for a comprehensive home energy audit.

Description of Work: Very professional. Prompt with follow- up service proposal. |Based on their good showing so far, I will hire them for a portion of their proposal.

Description of Work: Added insulation in several areas, sealed some exterior areas that allowed cold air to leak in.

Description of Work: Did a safety testing before and after work. Sealed Cathedral ceiling beams, |insulated attic and attic access, installed bathroom exhaust fan and connected to dedicated roof cap , cleaned and tuned furnace, insulated basement crawlspace sill boxes & craand connected to dedicated roof cap wl space walls, insulated above ceiling tiles in basement snd around outside walls.

Description of Work: They did an energy audit for a client of mine. The price for the audit is reasonable. A friend of his had a different provider for his energy audit and it was a much better report. I think they have a low price to get in the door but then the price to do the things they say are high.

Description of Work: Intec (Elvis) performed a home energy audit based on an air leak test, infrared heat sensor tests and a few other checks based on my house. Elvis was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The information was very surprising and helpful. A few weeks later I received a proposal for them to resolve the problems. I still don't know whether we will have them do the work Elvis proposed. We need to decide how long we will live in this house and what makes financial sense. But I was certainly glad I paid for the audit. I would highly recommend hiring them for the audit portion!

Description of Work: Intec completed energy survey of the house. They provided a written estimate of the work was given. House attic and walls were insulated, doors were weather stripped, energy efficient light bulbs were put in lamps and faucet fixtures would have been replaced as needed. Attic ventilation was done.

Description of Work: Intec provided insulation testing for my home and then did the required work afterwords. They were very easy to work with. They were punctual and cleaned up after they completed there work.
