Called on two separate occasions and was directed to leave messages for two separate people. I never received a call back from either person 1-2 weeks later. Disappointing.

Workers were pleasant and professional. They installed insulation in our hot attic, which was difficult. They showed me exactly what they had done.

These guys were great. I got quotes ranging from $7500 (Intec) to $15000 to provide closed cell spray foam on my 2nd floor/attic remodel. In general, I try not to go with the cheapest, but their reviews were good and they were the most responsive. Good choice. I had to move the start date a couple of times due to some other subcontractors and they were very accommodating, which I appreciated. They got everything done in a day or so and erred on the side of providing more foam in several areas, which was great. The only issue was that when they cut off the excess to make it "drywall ready" there were some spots I had to go back and clean up, but it wasn't a big deal. They even put foam in between the windows and window framing although it wasn't part of the quote, which was great. In short, they were the cheapest, most responsive people who did quality work. Will definitely use again on my next remodel.

Angelo did an excellent job reviewing our home and providing a thorough quote, including an explanation of the credits and rebates available for the work. They were able to schedule us within a week. The crews arrived on time and were thorough and very respectful of the home; they always cleaned up thoroughly.

Excellent. Yes, there are good service providers out there. Angelo was on time for the quote appointment, was knowledgeable, and promptly provide the quote. The office contacted me in advance of the installation. The crew was was on time, spread plastic in every area they walked to protect the floor, was friendly and professional, and answered my questions. Bonus! It's a night and day difference. They're very affordable, professional, they cleaned up behind themselves, and very courteous. I can go on and on. It's just amazing. I will definitely use them again. They were extremely pleasant to be around them. It was a great experience. I told many friends if they are interested, that I would definitely use them.

The audit was good. They had other work but I didn't have them do it. For doing the work they could do I thought that there prices were high.

The gentleman who came and did the energy audit was really outstanding. I have only lived here for a year and half and I have a gas fire place has leaked cold air like there is an open window and my builder has just been refusing to fix. Finally after a second winter of no fireplace I decided to have to repaired. I wanted to have an energy audit done before and then I would decide maybe to sue the builder. When Angelo came from Intec and I told him the story, he said that before the audit, he would tell me what I already knew, that my fireplace was leaking air like an open window, so he suggested that he would come and do the audit after the fireplace was repaired to make sure everything was right. He came, he told me this and he rescheduled to come back a week later. He did a very nice job. My only concern is he told me that he would send me the report, I thought that he told me that I would have the report by the following Thursday, and I have been busy and haven't followed, but I don't expect there to be an issue when I call. There are a couple of things he had suggested that I would have to have insulated better, and I would like to have those fixed. He came when it was originally scheduled and he came a week later, and I had offered additional payment for that, but he said absolutely not. While he was here, he really took time to explain to me in much greater detail than the previous guy. When he talked to me about the couple of areas where there was leakage, I asked if it was possible to have it fixed without going into the roof, so he went into the roof. He was very professional, personable, and thorough. I feel like when I get that report, and the 3 three things that he had told me, if it is something that the company can repair, I am pretty confident that I will use them.

It turned out fine. It was good. He was timely. They did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do. It was a great deal.

I had to call twice to get the actual written report. Then when I received the audit there was a lot of items on there that were not mentioned to me while he was at our home. The auditor finally did call me back in February and explained what all the items were. When I try to purchase some of the services using the $200 credit that was part of the deal , They stated that credit was part of the original cost of the audit and that it was also already taken into the prices listed on the quote. I thought that was all very sketchy and decided just not to use them for any work.

.used backdraft door test,smoke test afterwards.BUT now we noticed forst on outside wall when temp.got down to 0 degrees. called them back to take alook and give me an estimate on what it would take to fix NO response i talked to the office twice one said they would talk with crew leader(they had found work order for work perfromed)and would get back to me heard nothing then sent a e-mail and still nothing..now i think rework is to small.

The person that came out was great and everything went well with the visit. The only thing that was not satisfactory is that I still have not received the audit so that is frustrating.

It was good. I had them for a quote and they were very good. They were friendly, thorough and they were on time for their appointment.

The technical work was good. I am confident in the attic insulation and weather stripping. Communication with the provider was good prior to the day of the work. I gave them a C on professionalism for the following reasons. My first complaint was that the crew mostly did not speak English. At one point I had to call the office to clarify one important technical detail. Just be prepared for this or arrange in advance for some kind of translation interface. My only other complaint concerned cleanliness during the job. In fairness, it was a wet windy day. However, insulation seemed to blow everywhere in my garage and essentially covered everything. It took me a long time to clean up after this. The men wore booties but did not observe proper control of them to minimize dirt and grime during the frequent entrances to the home. I spoke and emailed with the office and they spoke with the crew about improvements they should make. I assume they did so. I did not ask for any compensation but Intec did install a new metal dryer vent for me so I consider that adequate compensation. I would hire them again but would clarify a few things ahead of time!

Intec did a very thorough job with the energy audit. It was conclusive we were losing heat in our second floor, because it was not properly insulated and it was very cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I then asked for an estimate to properly insulate our second floor and attic area.They gave us a fair estimate to have more insulation placed in our attic and second floor. With confidence, I hired them to do the work. The installers were on time, polite, professional, and they did a fantastic job. So happy I finally got this done and I got it done by a qualified, professional company. Thank You Intec!!!

The service worked out very good. We only paid for the $59 Big Deal. They were great. They were fine. They did everything and they did it in what I thought was a very professional way. We got a professional report. I thought it was very well done. I thought the price was better than I would have expected. Normally, it would be $200 or $300. They were very professional. All I did was make an appointment and they came out on-time and it worked out fine. I was very satisfied.
