Description of Work: I had then stain and caulk my exterior cedar trim. They did a great job, cleaned up each day and finished the project in 2 days. I called their attention to an area that didn't get caulked and they were back the next day to take care of it. Very pleased.

Description of Work: We were having issues with one toilet leaking and the other making noise and possibly leaking. Erich called immediately and set up an appointment ASAP. He brought parts with him and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was very personable and polite and told us exactly what he thought the problem was and what our options were. He also left everything neat and clean! We will be calling Erich again for future work we need done.

Description of Work: I'm new to Angies List and Dave Gross was one of the first contractors I called, based on other Angie reviews. Here's why I love working with him! 1. He replied to my initial email within 48hrs., which made me happy, because I had no idea how long it would take for someone to reply. 2. I was in a real bind to have some kitchen drywall repaired & wall prep done quickly, as I had houseguests staying with me on short notice. Dave came to my house the next day, gave me a quote and was able to schedule the job a few days after meeting. He did a great job, cleaned up, was professional, yet down to earth & approachable. 3. I live in a security locked condo and work full time. So, it was important for me that someone be punctual in order to let him in and still make it to work on time. Dave is super punctual, which is a refreshing change from a lot of other contractors who can't even say what time they'll be at your house. He understands you have other commitments and is flexible about working around your schedule. 4. He's trustworthy. He was in my house alone for several hours and I never had to worry about someone snooping or stealing anything. It was only a week from the initial email to the finished project. I plan on using him again for other projects around the house. He's responsive, punctual, and does great work.
