I purchased a duplex to rent out. I had numerous small projects to do. Install new bath vanity, sink and toilet. Replace tile in bathtub area. Lay new flooring in kitchen. Hang new lights & ceiling fans. Tom did this and more in an efficient & timely manner. He also made suggestions to help save money & provide ideas I had not thought of. I plan to use his services to remodel a kitchen as well.

Fine, I think. I can only see if gutters are cleaned or empty in one location, and that location looked fine. It was easy to contact them via email. I was led to believe that the work would be done 2 weeks earlier than it actually was, so I ended up cleaning the garage gutters myself in order to put up christmas lights that attached to those gutters.

Had a bunch of stuff around around the house stuff fixed, fixture hung, fridge light fixed, but mostly he put down bamboo floors in a tiny spare room. No one had been willing to so the job because it was so small and the radiator was a real pain. He did a great job with some interesting tricks to keep it affordable and still look great.

I called Gross Property and someone answered the phone right away. In fact, the gentleman I spoke to was actually on a roof doing some work at the time we spoke. He asked that I text them with some more details regarding the work because he was on a roof. I did and got a call from someone at the company named Tom. Tom came out and we walked through what we wanted done. It was a very pleasant conversation and he told me he would work up an estimate and get it to me shortly. I felt pretty comfortable having them do the work at that point. I didn't hear back so I sent him a text to ask when we would hear from them. He wrote back and apologized for the delay and told me he would have it to me "tonight". That was about a month ago. I never did hear back. I understand that a business may not have the time to do the job but I would have appreciated knowing that from the outset. I think some better communication would have been appreciated as well.

They initially were unable to fix the door, but were able to secure it so that I would be safe. Then they came back out and properly repaired the door and made it hard for anyone to break in, in the future. He did great work, and I will have him back to do more projects.

They were very responsive, and it was a bit of a crisis situation. I'm very grateful!

David Gross always does an excellent job. He is detail oriented and gives a fair price.

Called Gross Property and they answered the phone immediately. Someone went out the next day and the problem was diagnosed. A new water heater was required. Installation was done the same day. I have used this property service provider in the past an I am always pleased with their professional an friendly service.

I found this contractor on Angie's List so I assumed they would be a good contractor. I called them and speaking to the representative, I was told to send the marked up Inspection Report to their email address so they could respond. The report was sent out the same afternoon. To date nothing has been received. If they are too busy for the job, they should tell me upfront and not waste my time. If this is not their core competency, they should say so. To not respond is unprofessional.

Three or four months ago, I had him repair a garbage disposal in the kitchen and screen doors. They do handyman work.

Took a little while to get on the schedule but well worth the wait. Tom first came to give us an estimate which we agreed upon. He then did the work with his great assistant. Very professional very competent I would definitely hire them again.

He was very helpful and looked out for our best interested and helped us fix our problem. I would use Gross Property Services for future repairs.

Tom and Sean came out to do the estimate. They also did the work. Some of the spots on the roof line were not easy to reach due to a valley on the 2nd floor roof. They provided a fair estimate but warned that it may vary a bit after they got into the job. Tom and Sean were very pleasant to deal with, worked very hard to get the job done in spite of being on a ladder and working around the roof angles. They got a lot done in one day (almost finished) which was a lot for a day, given there were several areas that needed repair and new materials added. They e-mailed me at work that they needed to come back to finish which they did the next day. Everything looked great and the invoice came in LESS THAN the estimate. This is usually not our luck so we were delighted with the outcome.

Did not have the correct tools needed for the job

The work is always performed professionally, whether the project is large or small. I have recommended his services to several friends, who have also found his work to be excellent.

Dave has come over various times to do various jobs. If he can't come or is going to be late he always lets us know. The work is done beautifully and he leaves the job sites cleaner than he found them.

David Gross installed a garage roof vent, window trim around the second floor porch door, cleaned the garage gutters, tacked down loose shingle nails on garage roof, and installed a ceiling light fixture. David was prompt, very professional and finished all of the little projects in a timely manner. He is our go-to guy for projects, big and small.

I was pleased with the work and would hire them again.

Erich arrived at the appointed time to give an estimate, his associates arrived at the appointed time with a correctly sized unit. They ran into a minor problem in that the newer steps were slightly smaller than the original ones, so additional trim was needed. They cleaned up after themselves before they left to buy the trim, and when they returned and completed the job, they primed the new trim and the ceiling panel and then again cleaned the area. Several days later someone returned to apply a top coat. When the door proved a bit hard to open consistently, either Erich or his associate (I don't remember which) returned at no charge and fixed the problem, which was related to the factory-supplied cord. I was very impressed with the professional approach of everyone from Gross Properties.

The install went well. Two days were needed to complete the job The second day was installing the trim and finishing work. The first day of the install, Eric worked steadily with no breaks the whole 8 hours he was here...very impressive. They are a very busy service most probably because they are so good. The B in responsiveness is only because it took a few weeks for them to respond to my request for an estimate for the door install.

David was prompt, honest and responsive with his estimate. He contacted me immediately when he was anticipating that he would be a few minutes late for our appointment. David selected several storm doors for me and negotiated a good price from the provider. He showed up promptly on the scheduled day and finished the job that same day. His work was impeccable, and was completed within my budget. I felt that he was very trustworthy and provided me with valuable insights for future improvements. I have already scheduled him to come back to work on some more projects. In one word-OUTSTANDING.

Wow! It worked out that it could be same day service. I was impressed at how they willingly and professionally did this small job. I have several other larger projects that need to be done and will absolutely call them again,

Excellent. Ask for Tom - this guy is great and extremely friendly and professional. He will go the extra distance to make sure you feel happy with his finished work. I've had some bad experiences with handymen I've found here on Angie's List, so my adoration for Gross Property, and most specifically Tom, should be interpreted as nothing short of praise of the highest order.

They did an excellent job. The pricing was good, I had a different estimate was for about $5000.00.
