Description of Work: I had 2 small bathrooms redone. All the contractors were very professional, knowlegable, and friendly. Ran into some unforseen issues after demolition which understandably changed the price but they were able to come up with good solutions and overall I am very happy with the results. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Description of Work: Tom reglazed and painted all windows, installed glass block, and did a few sundry repairs. He was pleasant, punctual, and communicative about the time and materials required for the job. He was also extremely professional and adhered to his schedule. He's scrupulously honest and I'd hire him again. Great work and a great attitude!

It seemed to me that it was much more expensive for me when charged that way. However, the gentleman was so nice and really knew his stuff--or at least I think he did!

Description of Work: I have a private residence that needed a handful of smaller tasks completed. I received a fast response to my initial email request. All of the work was outside and I was trying to get it done before the snow/extreme cold hit. Service provider scheduled appointment within days. He arrived on time and was positive and professional. He could not do the work immediately due to the December rain but he scheduled to return as soon as the weather cleared. I did not require the work to be done before Christmas but he arrived Christmas Eve morning while I was at work and completed everything. He replaced 3 sets of broken shutters, an edge of siding that fell off, a hole in the corner of the garage and reattached an outside electrical box that I just never found the correct screw to secure. I got home around noon and he was just finishing. Everything looked great. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: I needed some skim coating done for some missing plaster in my living room ceiling. To was on time, did a great job and left the place very clean. I would definitely use this service again.
