Contacted them and received a response but the date they wanted to come out and give us an estimate wouldn't work for us. So I tried contacting them again and no response. Tried again a week later and still no response. Not someone I want to deal with if they couldn't even give me a response. POOR BUSINESS.

Tom and his assistant power washed the mildew and moss off the north side of the garage and scraped the loose paint off the more sun exposed sides. There was more loose paint than expected and required more time scraping. I was not charged for the extra hours spent scraping. They were professional and cleaned up well afterward. It was a pleasure working with them. The garage siding is made of composite board with lots of dents that paint could obviously not cover or even out. Unfortunately this detracts from the overall effect of the new paint job.

The technician was very nice but was not prepared did not have the proper tools. He kept having to go back to his truck while he was here. I did not find this to be very professional and he asked many times for paper towels and other tools that he should have came with. I was disappointed in the service and the sink hose did not last very long before it broke.

It went well. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, were polite, and the work looks nice.

He was very friendly, talked me through the job he was about to do before he started, Also was more than willing to answer any questions while he was doing the job. When the framing was done, he taped and installed insulation, removed all old waste material.

These guys are great to work with that's why I used them again on another duplex of mine. Quality work and good communicators, I definitely recommend them.

I would recommend them. They work well with answering questions and doing what I ask. I think it is quality work and I was happy with what they did. They didn't try to cheat me by trying to get me to buy something I didn't need. They were very good with financing.

Both times he was on time and very helpful.

They have done basic plumbing, electrical and other odd jobs.able and cost friendly. They are also very nice, honest and hard working. We really trust them in our home, we even leave a key with them.

Got off to a slow start due to some family issues, but once started, did a very good job and was responsive to my ongoing requests. Would use him again.

Nice guys. Their work was ok. But not organized into a workable system of visit the job site; prepare an estimate; settle details; do the work; submit a bill. Had trouble integrating their work with others (painters, etc). Never got a final bill so I paid on the estimate.

answered phone when called, instead of having to leave message. was willing to come out and find problem even though it was a sunday asked us to take pic of shower turn on handle to determine if it was part he had or get right away [sent pic to him] arrived within 15 minutes charged estimated price and gave senior discount pleasant, professional explained problem and fixed accordingly said he will call back when he calls around for part [today] explained what else needs to be done, once part is found, and how much it will cost didn't make a mess

I highly recommend Gross Property. Gross Property helped me spruce up an upper flat. When they were done I rented it out quicker than I ever had and at a much higher rent, thanks to their great work. They do quality work, they do it quickly, and they are a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable and offer helpful advice. They are also very versatile and can handle a wide range of home repair projects. I will definitely use them again.

He did a fine job. He was really easy to work with. If something needed to be done he if it was ok before doing the work. He was above and beyond. He was very pleasant to deal with and came when he was supposed to be there.

We had a breezeway between the house and the garage which was damaged by water leakage - our fault. We wanted to preserve the roof and remove the exterior walls. The roof is a classic pine piped wood roof. Gross was one of six firms who visited to made estimates and propose solutions. We choose their solution. It was about midway in the price range, but more importantly aesthetically it would make a good sheltered walk. They came with materials necessary to support roof by installing beams. The beams were installed which required leveling the roof, thus separating it from the exterior walls. The Gross estimate allows us to do the demolition of the exterior walls. After which they will return to finish the job.

They sent out Tom, and he did such a tremendous and wonderful job.

It went very well. We're really pleased with the work. Throughout, they were very professional and courteous. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up. Also, we received a discount for being an Angie's member. We found the company through Angie's list and were impressed by the positive reviews. Our experience was consistent with previous reviews -- they did terrific work.

Great service and quality work. Very professional and courteous. They are very busy so sometimes hard to pin down a day, but they do follow through and get the work done to a high standard.

Erich, the owner, stopped by twice: first to assess whether to repair or replace, then to double-check the measurements before purchasing a replacement. On the designated day, his crew called shortly before they were to arrive to let me know they had just picked up the replacement and were on their way, giving me their exact location. When they arrived, it turned out that the old framing wouldn't work so they had to obtain material to replace it; they did ask if we happened to have any lumber around the house, but we didn't, so the cost was a bit higher than the estimate but it was understandable expense. The price included priming and painting the ceiling panel. The new door was primed before they left and I was told that Erich would be by to inspect it and put on the top coat in a week or so. All materials were taken away and the area was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. After we'd used the door for a few days I realized there was a problem with the pull cord, and called Erich. He asked me not to use it until he'd had a chance to check it. He called a few days later, well in advance of the appointment date, and asked if he could move our appointment back a week, as the holiday week that had been designated for catch-up had gotten complicated; that was not a problem. When he did come, he called that morning to see if it would still be convenient and showed up exactly on time. He found that the problem was that the pull cord knot had slipped through the brace and was wedged between the brace and the panel; he fixed that, shortened the pull cord, and painted the panel; in all the fine-tuning took less than an hour. I am very pleased with both the work and the professional attitude and courtesy of Erich Gross and his employees. I can recommend them without reservation.

Erich is the ONLY handyman that I contacted that answered and responded to my situation. Tom and his son came out the next day and were done in less than an hour. They were nice and very professional. Not creepy.
