Staining on top of my night stand was damaged and peeling after water leaked on top of it and wasn't promptly cleaned up. The top of the night stand was refinished to match the rest of it. Job completed when promised, excellent end result.

I dropped off the doors, and was able to pick up again the next week. Greg removed the old hardware. Both doors still had the original glass, and he was able to strip the doors down to the bare oak wood - and it did not affect the glass. They looked great - all stain and varnish was removed from all cracks and crevices. I've been able to sand and restain the doors since. I reused the french door as a pocket door to match the home. The door looks wonderful.

Excellent. This is the second time that I have used Greg. The first time involve replacing cushions and refinishing dining room chairs. With the table, Greg looked at it first to determine whether it made sense to refinish. Once that was determined, he stripped the table, fixed a crack and sanded it multiple time to get the right finished. He stained it and put on a protective finish. It took about a month to do and the table looks great. Greg and his employees are true craftsman.

A little more expensive than I had hoped, but he did an excellent job. Punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend him to a friend and have him do work for me again.

We brought the chair in and a week later it was done.

We received other quotes that were cheaper but decided to go with Greg's because they seemed to have a better process and were very knowledgeable. Although the work took a little longer than we expected, we were truly impressed with the quality of the work. They did a phenomenal job of stripping and staining a dining room set that had been in my husband's family for years. We were also very happy with the upholstering of the chairs.

I told him these old rockers had sentimental value to me. It was worth it to get the job done right. I took them back into him and he replaced the hinges correctly, but now I am left with four more holes in the piece of furniture. I would never go back to him.

From start to finish the service was perfect. Greg explained everything about the process when he cam to pick the piece up. He told me exactly how long it would take and finished it earlier . He had me pick out the color and he had the paint made for the spray. When the paint came in , he called me and I went to the shop to OK the final finish. When they delivered it I was thrilled with the job they did, it actually looked better than the picture I had in my head! I happen to love this piece of furniture and knew that nothing new could compare. I think it was worth every penny. They are experts.

This company does great quality work. They picked everything up and delivered it. They let us come and see the restoration as they were doing the work. They are professional and friendly. This is a family business, and has been in business for many years. We were so satisfied we would not use anyone else.

I got one other estimate for replacing the runner (for $200.00) before taking the rocker to Greg. He gave me a quote for $125.00. The new runner is a good match (oak and stained to match). They also generally tightened the rocker, which was a little loose/creaky, specifically replacing the wooden braces/blocks that the seat insert sits on. He charged me an extra $10.00 for this for which I had no problem.

Greg stripped 2 - 100 year old doors for us. We called him one day and he had us bring the doors in that day. We picked up the doors about a week later and they looked incredible! Very easy to lightly sand and stain. He also gave us advice on other things involved with our remodeling project, especially the staining portion. We would definitely use his services again!

Extremely well. Greg came to the house, listened to our concerns, examined and explained fully what would be necessary to meet our wishes. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the restoration process and was very careful to ensure that we understood what would be done. He took the pieces and delivered them when the work was complete. We went to his shop to select the fabrics and to select the exact finishes for all pieces. We were concerned about the restorations since the pieces are family and/or antique but our concerns were unfounded since we are very pleased with the work of Greg and his employees. He takes a personal interest in his work, as do his employees. We could not have had a more satisfactory experience.

Excellent job! Greg is a great guy to work with, and his shop and operation are very impressive. No hassles at all, the work was done on time and he gave an honest estimation of the costs for both phases (getting down to wood/staining). I will definitely go back for any future doors or furniture refinishing.
