Description of Work: My grandfather's chair needed to be reupholstered. Debra was very informative throughout the whole process. She informed me of any suggestions or changes in her quote. Her work is detailed and wonderful. I have already recommended her to my family and will be bringing her more of my pieces as well.

Description of Work: Debra gave me an estimate to make new cushions for an antique morris chair I inherited. She thoroughly explained what she was charging and why. She patiently helped me decide on which type of inner materials to use. I had originally wanted down cushions but after she let me sit on different foams and a down cushion, we decided to get the foam type. We purchased the material at an upholstery store and the result was a gorgeous chair. Her cushions were beautifully made with hidden zippers and looked as if they had been purchased with the chair. We are extremely happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to have her do another chair for us if the need ever comes up.

Description of Work: I had two wingback chairs reupholstered in blue velvet. Was quoted at a few other places at $2000+ PER CHAIR. Reasonably priced and the chairs turned out beautifully! I also had two other all-fabric dining chairs done as well, for about $175 each, those also look amazing!

Description of Work: upholstered four dining room chairs

Description of Work: Upholstered 6 cushions, 2 bolster pillows and 2 arm panels for built in bench in family room. Included faux leather, foam and Dacron, fiberfill, Dacron wraps and labor. After reading reviews and speaking to Debra Chappelle on the phone, I asked her to come to our house to see the project and to give an estimate. I was favorably impressed with her professionalism and relaxed manner. She was self assured and knowledgeable but did not "push" in any way. She does not carry fabrics except for leathers, faux leather and vinyl. Therefore I had to purchase some of the fabric from Calico Corners (also a good experience). Deb didn't pick up the cushions until she was ready to begin the job. Once picked up, the job took just under a week. All the details are above. Very pleased with quality of the work and the advise she gave me.

Description of Work: Debra did an outstanding job on our arm covers and head rests for our two new couches. She made a trip to our home to measure and make the form. The job was done in 1 1/2 days. She was friendly and business like. I would definitely call on Debra again.
