Description of Work: The deal was to resurface the hardwood floors in up to three rooms. We chose to resurface our kitchen floor. He sanded off existing varnish and put on two coats of new varnish. Unfortunately, I needed to call company back when I noticed significant areas of grit that had fallen in the applied varnish. He came back to resand those areas and applied another coat of varnish. After closer inspection, I still found some remaining areas of grit. Other than those spots, we are pleased with how new varnish helped.

Thank you for your review. In this case the technician reported that the customer was told not to walk on the floors for 4-6 hours. The grit was the same substance found in the customers drive way. He believes the customer walked on the floors prematurely. Never the less the technician went back out free of charge the very next day and did the best to repair the area. The customer said he was very pleased with the outcome. As always we appreciate your business.

After calling and assuming we needed a refinish on our entire house. We set up an estimate. The technician came out to our home and told us our floors were well kept but the finish was wearing off. He offered a much cheaper service (resurface instead of refinish) at .99 a sq foot. I appreciated the honesty. My other quotes were almost three times as much and not a mention of this service. I'm very happy about the price and the honesty. We will definitely use them in the future. Our floors are very shiny now, we decided to go with two coats of gloss. We used a coupon on the website that saved an additional 150.00. I'm very happy with the overall service and we have gotten a ton of compliments.

Our floors look great! From the initial call to schedule the estimate throughout the entire process they were very professional, patient and thorough. The technicians arrived on time. They stayed within budget no unexpected cost and very affordable. They finished in one day (others quoted 2 days). They were clean and finished with no mess. We are very pleased we referred them to our mom and dad.
