 + -1 moreProvider requested a best time to call and phone number on 04/22/2014 by email. I asked him to call after 1:30 p.m. and provided him my phone number by email on 04/22/2014. He did not respect my request to call after the specified time. He called at around 8:15 a.m. on 04/24/2014. He said the last day he could schedule the 1st treatment was 04/25/2014; otherwise, I would have to wait 5 weeks. He could not accommodate coming on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

 + -1 moreRick originally sent an employee who did a poor job. I was very disappointed, and when Rick discovered that, he promised to re-do the work and refund my original deposit. I did not want a refund--just a good job, and Rick himself came out to do the work. I am very pleased with this company's response to my complaint. "Stuff happens" and although I was unhappy at first, the follow-up response was superior.

 + 0 moreWe talked about the bill and he apologized for a lawn mower going too close to my tree. It wasn't a big deal but the apology was appreciated. I have never negotiated with a provider like I did with Rick. He was pleasant and made me feel like my bill claim was not out of order. We both hung up feeling good and knowing that our business relationship was a good one.
Description of Work: I use East Side Lawn Care weekly. Last week I got a bill that I felt needed adjusting. Rick called me and we came to an agreement on new prices for services performed. One problem was seeding that I had done. However his worker came out before I had an estimate which I felt was wrong. Rick asked what I thought the fee for the seeding should be which no provider ever asked me. We came to an agreement which made both of us happy. I would like to nominate East Side Lawn Care for a Super Service Award. They certainly give that kind of service! I highly recommend this company for all landscaping work.

Description of Work: Service was great! lawn was mowed to a good height, edging and cleanup. They were able to change their schedule to coordinate the mowing with the painter.I had started them to help me lighten the demands while selling our home.
