Description of Work: I called to schedule someone to come to my house for an estimate to kill ants. I got their answer machine, left a very detailed message and waited for them to call me back. They never returned my call. I did not call them back because I did not want to take the time to wait for a response. I contacted another company.

Description of Work: I NEVER ACTUALLY MET JERRY. WE JUST SPOKE ON THE PHONE. I CALLED HIM AND HE CAME THAT AFTERNOON TO LOOK AT AN AREA INFESTED WITH CARPENTER ANTS. HE LEFT AN ESTIMATE AND TREATED THE HOUSE THE NEXT DAY. VERY PROFESSIONAL & QUICK.
