Bug Masters Pest Control

Jerry is knowledgeable and helpful. We have used him before. I requested a stronger solution than his standard. He will return if we continue to have a bug problem at no additional cost for the next 6 mos.

Jerry did a great job. Took care of the problem at a very reasonable cost.

I love working with Jerry. He is always available and comes to help as soon as I call. He is thorough and explains everything he is doing. I feel confident when I call Jerry that he will help fix whatever problems we are having.

I called regarding a hornet nest in the doorway of the access door to our garage. A person from Bug Masters came out and removed not only the nest but discovered a larger infestation of yellow jackets in the soffett of the gargage. I was very pleased with the immediate response I received and the cost was very resonable.

He was very thorough. We are very happy. Quick and easy!

The process did not effect us inside the house that was completed in less than an hour.

The bees "moved out" of the back yard nest....extermination successful!! Unfortunately, they "moved" to a new home under the front porch. I called Jerry again ad he came out and although they were resistng the eviction, eventually they either died in the nest, or could not get back inside the nest and moved on. For both nests, Jerry came out and checked on the nest(s) and always left his card to alert me that he had been there. Very professional and arrived when he said he would. If/when I have any other "pest issues," Jerry (Bug Master) will be the first person I call. Jodie, Oak Creek WI

I called Bug Masters and spoke with Jerry. He asked me many questions about the problem we were having. He explained the process that he follows. Jerry was punctual, respectful and informative. Our upstairs bathroom was overcome by carpenter ants. It turns out they were living in the bathroom door. Jerry sprayed in the bathroom and in the hallway. Additionally he sprayed the perimeter of our house and garage. The product he used was safe for pets and children. This was a must because we have both! I had questions about other pests--bees and spiders. I showed him the bees nest in our yard and he sprayed that also. I asked many questions along the way and he answered every single one. Unfortunately, I was surprised that the price was a little high. It was well worth the cost. I have not seen one ant in my house or around my house (not even on the sidewalk!). The bees are gone too. Jerry's a really smart and nice guy. We would definitely use Bug Masters again.

One month later and no sign of carpenter ants. Good job Jerry!

I called Bug Masters on Thursday July 5th to come out and look at/take care of what appeared to be a yellow jacket nest in my attic. The gentleman on the phone (the owner I think) was very nice and indicated the earliest he could come was July 10th at 8:30am. 5 days seemed a little long, but the problem wasn't urgent so I agreed. Well July 10th came and went. No call and no show from anyone at Bug Masters. I could've called them to follow-up, but I dont feel that is my responsibilty. There are dozens of other exterminating companies around so I will take my business (and $$$) to someone else.

I would recommend them. He was very pleasant. He has been in business for years so he has a good background. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things. He had a excellent price.

It is a local business. He is excellent, inexpensive and he is very quality minded. He won't try to rip you off or try and talk you into contracts.

He was wonderful, and I think that his price was reasonable. I am a cheapskate, and I don't remember saying that it cost too much, I remember saying that it was not too bad. He was very quick, he was working alone that week, so he had some time constraints which he explained to me in his first phone call, he handled everything professionally and took care of the problem, the bees did not come back. I would tell anyone to a least give him an opportunity to give an estimate, if not come out and do a job, and I would give him a good recommendation. He was an interesting character, I think he did his work very professionally, but he is one of those people who like to tell jokes. Some people may think he was not professional because he was not serious at all, but he did know exactly what he was doing, what it took to take care of the problem, and he tried to do it with a good sense of humor. I would call him a professional, but that is really a subjective thing.

Did not see a ant indoors for the rest of the year! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Just want to say that this has been another summer without Carpenter Ants! what ever he sprayed was expensive but WOW IT LASTS! Update: 2014 still no Carpenter ants!

He explains everything, he charges me a fair price, and always takes care of the issue. I have used him several times since the initial call for routine service calls and he always does good work.

We have an unusual house made of spancrete - which makes it great for stability but horrible for controlling bugs. Think caves for bugs. He came out said he wan't sure he could help us but that he would try. It has helped TONS!!! The house centipedes were so big I even named some and walked them with the dogs. Havesn't seen a live one since! YEAH!!!! The spider were so numerous I got sick of taking off my shoe to kill them and just started using my hand...yeah GROSS. I see a live one now only once in a while and I think they are new from the outside. THANKS for trying and helping us and SUCCEEDING!!!

We were having problems with ants in several rooms. Jerry treated the interior and exterior of our home. He was prompt, courteous, and very thorough with the application. It's been four weeks, and I haven't seen an ant in the house! Jerry assured me though, that if I do see more ants, he will return and reapply. Hopefully I won't need to, but if I do, I will definitely use Bug Masters again.

This experience went very smooth and fast No problems at all.

He came out originally and talked to us, and said we would need to wait until a certain time to take care of things. We called him when we had noticed what he had suggested. He then came right out and took care of the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer. I really like him.

They were very professional and did an exemplary job. They did follow up with a phone call afterward to make sure the issue was resolved.

I was pleased with them. I don't think they have come back for at least two or three years. I think I used them twice and that's probably the same guy that I would call. They did a good job. They were outrageous in terms of their price. He didn't say he was going to do, but when he finished he said he did that too at no extra charge. That's why I said I would call him back. They knew what they were doing and I guess they used materials that won't toxicate people. He was very careful, then he took a lot of time just to explain what he did and what he was going to do. He didn't leave a mess, he moved furniture and he moved it back and I was just pleased with the guy. He really seemed to know what he was doing and the prices that he charged were good. He seemed to be quite reasonable. They don't use a lot of people and it's just one guy I think. He is just a very personable guy. I would recommend him. He was responsive because he answered his phone or if he didn't, he got right back to me (it was like 15 minutes later), but if it is one guy and then I am pretty sure it is or they have a number of people working with him that I don't know about, but he was there when he made an appointment and he was here at the time that he said that he was going to be.

Jerry was punctual, professional and effective. The property has been clean since.

The property that I own had a mouse problem and I called Bug Masters for advice/service. Although I only spoke with him over the phone (renters dealt with him directly), he was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. The renters report that after the property was treated, there were no more mice! Problem solved!

Excellent. Jerry sprayed and then came back the next day to check and gave them another dose of his spray.

After 11 months it looks like he got rid of them and did a great job. The ant hills were gone right away and the tree looks great.
