Overall, I am very happy with everything.

Jerry came the same day I called him, took care of the bees, and left an invoice for me. He was polite, prompt, and professional. I told him one of my dogs was allergic to bees and he left a message on the invoice to not let the dogs back in the yard for the remainder of the day, due to the large size of the nest. I have had no yellow jackets coming in or out of the nest since then.

We called Jerry on a Tuesday because we were unsuccessful in keeping black ants out of our home using cans of ant spray. He agreed to come over the following day when my husband got home from work. He informed my husband that the black ants were carpenter ants. Jerry explained the habits of the ants so we had an understanding of the problem and solution. He warranted the treatment for 1 year and told us to call with any further problems. Jerry was polite, punctual and took the time to share his knowledge with us. We hope we won't need his services again but would not hesitate to call him for future exterminating needs.

Excellent in every aspect. Arrived as scheduled, completed work as specified, and stood by his guarantee when a repeat application was required.

Jerry Smith is friendly, professional and thorough. He called ahead to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. He listened to our concerns, then walked the exterior of the property with us and gave us tips to help keep bugs away. He then told us about the products he'd be using and performed a thorough extermination of both the interior and exterior of our home including the attic, basement and garage. When Jerry was done, he encouraged us to call if we had questions or problems. It's been a month and so far so good! We highly recommend Jerry Smith and Bug Masters.

Mr. Smith was terrific, arrived when he said he would, calling first to confirm, and then calling later to check on the status of set traps. Completely polite. Price seemed well-worth services rendered.

JERRY IS AN OUTSTANDING EXTERMINATOR. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXAMINING THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE AND THE INSIDE HEAT VENTS and DUCTS. HE GUARANTEED HIS WORK FOR WHOLE SUMMER and DIDN'T BILL UNTIL OCTOBER.

He was very honest and was able to take care of the problem. I'd definitely use him again.

Jerry was on time, very polite and reasonably priced. He also said that if I didn't see a diminished number of ladybugs, that I should call and he would come back and spray again at no charge. He definitely wanted to make sure I was happy with the work performed.

Although he tried diligently, Jerry could not locate the mouse or whatever it was.

JERRY PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE. WHEN DOING THE HORNET'S NEST REMOVAL, HE ALSO DID A SURVEY FOR OTHER INSECT INFESTATION. HE IS STILL IN THE PROCESS OF HELPING US GET RID OF THE MICE - STOPS BACK WEEKLY TO CHECK ON PROGRESS.

THEY WERE VERY IMPRESSED AND ALL ROUND EXCELLENT.

HE CHECKED BOTH OUR HOUSE AND THE APARTMENT AND FOUND THAT THERE WAS NO INFESTATION. HE DID GIVE A LOT OF CONSTRUCTIVE INFORMATION AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES HE ALSO ADVISED US THAT MOTH BALLS ARE VERY BAD FOR HEALTH AND FOR YOUR CHILDREN.

JERRY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, A 50 MILE ROUND TRIP, WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND LOOKED AROUND OUTSIDE. WHILE DOING THIS HE TOOK CARE OF A FEW BEES' NESTS UNDER MY DECK. HE GOT BACK TO ME AND SAID HE DID NOT SEE ANY EVIDENCE OF CARPENTER ANTS AND THEN INSTRUCTED ME HOW AND WHERE TO LOOK FOR THEM AT NIGHT, AT 10 PM IN THE DARK. HE SAID HE WOULD NOT TREAT ANYONE'S PROPERTY FOR PESTS IF HE WAS NOT CERTAIN THEY EXISTED. AFTER LOOKING AT NIGHT AS HE HAD INSTRUCTED ME, WE DETERMINED I DID NOT HAVE ANY CARPENTER ANTS. HE SAVED ME MONEY, AND EXPOSURE TO CHEMICALS I ULTIMATELY DIDN'T NEED. THANK YOU JERRY!

HE WAS OUT THE SAME DAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS GREAT.

BUG MASTERS WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH. THEY SPENT TIME INVESTIGATING THE SITUATION AND THEN DETERMINED THE BEST TREATMENT.

JERRY WAS COURTEOUS, METICULOUS, THOROUGH, AND CLEARLY DEDICATED TO SERVING HIS CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS POSSIBLE.

GREAT SERVICE, QUICK RESPONSE, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, DID A VERY DETAILED AND COMPLETE JOB.

I'VE NEVER USED AN EXTERMINATOR OR OTHER PEST-REMOVING SERVICE BEFORE, AND I HOPE TO NEVER USE ONE AGAIN. HOWEVER, IF THE NEED WERE TO ARISE, BUG MASTERS GETS THE CALL. JERRY IS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, AND PROBABLY UNDERCHARGES.

INDIVIDUAL WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY NEED TO REMOVE THE NEST QUICKLY. HE WAS IN THE AREA THE NEXT DAY, AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM SINCE THE REMOVAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

JERRY WAS PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY, EDUCATIONAL AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I COULD SENSE THAT HE REALLY CARED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF EXTERMINATION WHICH HE PROVIDES. HE TOLD US THAT HE STANDS BY HIS WORK AND TO CALL IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN IF THE NEED EVER AROSE.

JERRY WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS WORK AND EXPLANATION OF THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. HE RECOMMENDED THAT WE POWER WASH THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE TO ELIMINATE THE SMALL LAKE FLIES THAT ARE ATTRACTING THE SPIDERS. WHILE HE COULD NOT GUARANTEE THE PERMANENCE OF THE SPIDER REMOVAL HE DID STATE THAT HE WILL COME BACK IN 3-4 MONTHS TO SPRAY THE BASEMENT AGAIN AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. SINCE BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I WORK FULL TIME, JERRY MADE A POINT TO COME OUT ON THE SATURDAY MORNING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING MY CALL. I HAVE NOTICED A FEW SPIDERS REMAIN TODAY BUT SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN BEFORE HE SPRAYED.

IN OUR FIRST CALL, AFTER PATIENTLY LISTENING TO THE DESCRIPTION OF OUR SPIDER PROBLEM, JERRY DISCUSSED POSSIBLE CAUSES AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE DETAILS OF THE SERVICE HE OFFERS. HE QUOTED $175 FOR SPRAYING THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF OUR DUPLEX UNIT AND SCHEDULED THE SERVICE FOR SATURDAY, LESS THAN 48 HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL CALL. I CALLED HIM THE NEXT DAY TO ASK IF HE COULD ADD THE INTERIOR OF THE ADJOINING DUPLEX. HE KINDLY AGREED TO FIT BOTH UNITS INTO HIS SCHEDULE AND REVISED THE QUOTE TO $225 FOR BOTH. JERRY WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. AFTER SURVEYING EACH UNIT, HE GOT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY. HIS FIRST CONCERN WAS OUR SAFETY DURING THE TREATMENT AND TOOK PRECAUTIONS FOR THE NEIGHBOR'S HAMSTER. HE METICULOUSLY SPRAYED EVERY INCH OF BASEBOARD IN EACH HOME, INCLUDING THE CLOSETS AND STAIRWAYS. I WAS IMPRESSED BY HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIS CARING, GENTLE NATURE. JERRY IS CLEARLY PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS SERVICE AND WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND THOROUGH AND MADE A VERY GOOD IMPRESSION ON MY TENANT. REFUSED TO INVOICE ME UNTIL HE WAS SURE THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. HE GAVE MY TENANT HIS NUMBER TO CALL IF THE TREATMENT DID NOT WORK.
