They were very responsive and did good work. They charged a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

It went extremely well. Jim looked at the garage door opener and associated parts. He asked who had installed the opener, and I told him I had personally installed it about 7 years ago and it had been working OK until recently. Now the door either came up only partially or made funny noises when it fully opened up. Jim found that the up and down force settings were way too low. He thoroughly inspected the whole system and showed me how some features work. He showed me how I had installed the opener arm upside down, which could have--but fortunately didn't--cause major problems. He was very polite and did not at any time make me feel silly for installation errors. Finally we spoke about the noise and determined I had accidentally moved the track, causing the rollers to bind.

I called them and they told me they had somebody in the area immediately available. They did everything for me and now the garage door is completely silent, I give them an A+. They were so helpful and professional and very nice people, I would recommend them to others.

Advanced Overhead Door has been at my home on several occasions. They are always professional and do excellent quality work at a fair price. They are the only garage door repair company I will ever use. It's nice to have a family owned business that are honest and dependable to work with. Keep up the excellent work!

Responded very quickly to our call and arrived within a day.

This was a very positive experience. On the day I called, the service representative apologized for not being able to get someone there still that day. After explaining that was not necessary, we made arrangements for the following day. I left the garage accessible to the service person who called me when he was on the way to tell me; and later called to tell me what he had done and to tell me the cost. The cost was well within what I had expected. The door is noticeably better and quieter in operation.

We called Advance Overhead Door, Inc. from your list. We told them what the problems were with our non-working overhead door. They told us someone would be here between 12:00 and 2:00 PM- called first and arrived 45 minutes early. Fixed the door in no time, were very polite and definitely seemed to know what they were about.

They oiled all the doors. They were real pleasant and very nice. They called me in the morning and said they were going to be late because of another stop. They came exactly when they said they would though.

A few days before we had this new opener installed, we had called this company to fix our opener for us. They did do some repairs and recommended we have a new garage door opener installed. We agreed. They came at the on time, did the work as proposed and we new have a new, quiet, operating garage door! (For years our door would creak and groan whenever it went up or down.)

He's provides great service! He is reasonable and very nice. He is definitely a contractor that you want to have back.

JEFF CAME WITHIN ABOUT 2 HOURS OF MY CALL. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICKLY REPLACED THE BROKEN SPRINGS. WHEN I PLACED THE SERVICE CALL ORIGINALLY I HAD FORGOTTEN TO MENTION THE WEATHER STRIPPING PROBLEM. JEFF HAD THE MATERIALS ON THE TRUCK AND INCLUDED THE REPAIR IN THE VISIT.

WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY WERE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD WORKING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY CAME HERE RIGHT AFTER THEY FINISHED THAT JOB ON THE SAME DAY! THEY WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

CAME OUT THE SAME MORNING THAT I CALLED. THEY REPLACED THE DOOR SPRINGS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO WHEN A CABLE BROKE. VERY RELIABLE.
