Very well.

Their applications are a little more environmentally friendly than other companies. Their staff is really nice, reliable, and knowledgeable. They are on time and take real good care of your lawn without breaking your pocketbook.

They come monthly for service. We pay them an annual fee but it averages to about $35 per application. It is a good price for service.

They call ahead and let me know when they're coming. I don't have any dandelions in my yard. They come on a regular schedule. If I do see a weed, they come and take care of it for me. Their prices are competitive.

I like the way that they don't try to sell me more than what I am requesting and what I am requesting them to do for the services. The price is fair. I haven't seen any more dandelions, which is good.

This group gets an F for absolute horrendous customer service. It wasn't always that way, but I wouldn't say it was exactly great when I did like it either. We hired them last year (2011) and prepaid for the summer season to get a discount on weed control and fertilization in order to get our yard under control. We ordered nothing else and took no up sells like aeration, etc. It took most of the summer and a quite a few applications, but eventually the yard was pretty green and mostly weed free, which was a far cry from what it was. I have to say I was satisfied. That all changed today, a year later, when I arrived home from work and found they had been there and applied 2 applications of a service I didn't ask for. In fact, I haven't talked to them since I signed up a year earlier and prepaid. Never once in the previous year did I know when they were coming or what they were going to do, and never once since then have I talked to them about anything. All I knew is that they were supposed to apply X amount of service multiple times during the summer and fall, but without any exact dates. Towards the end of last fall was a year end statement stating I still owed nothing, since I had prepaid, as well as some attempts at up sells. So I left it, forgot about and set about with other plans for this year that did not include using their service. And yet here they are showing up unannounced for the next year's (2012) service and applying weed control/fertilizer and then stuck a bill for $98 on my door. I'm at a loss for words as to how a company can do this. Even worse is that I had already applied my own fertilizer and weed control a week and a half earlier. I don't even want to think what might happen to my yard now with this double dosage.

They are an old company. I have had them for about eight years. They offer me personalized work. I don't have to buy a whole year of work. They are also thorough in their work. There has been only one time when I have had them back out to correct something. I never have problems with them.

They do a fine job and I have been very happy with them. I would recommend them.

They came at their leisure to treat our lawn and they ended up killing our lawn. I called them before vacation and told them there were some serious issues and they killed the lawn and asked them to get it resolved before I got back from vacation in 3 weeks. When we got back it looked terrible so I called and I spoke with them and they kept trying to tell us that he wanted to meet with us and I told him that I just wanted to get a refund because we gave them the opportunity to fix it. After a few different conversations I told Aaron that I just wanted a refund because they competely killed my lawn and he told me ok. A few days later the owner Andy Kurth called me back and told me that he wanted to meet with me and I told him that I wasn't interested and just wanted a refund. A few days later I received a refund for $129.60 out of the $277 that I paid initially.

He always calls a day or so ahead of time to make sure the timing will work out. He gives detailed instructions on pet safety with respect to the spraying. He even gives a detailed schedule of when the work was done so we will know when the lawn will be safe for our 2 dogs. We're very pleased with the service and think our lawn looks great.

. Our lawn looks very nice. They do not cut the lawn they only fertilize it. I will continue to have them in the future.

I was put off by the rather aggressive sales force. In total they contacted me at least 5 times in one month, by phone and door-to-door. After the first few contacts I acquiesced to having an estimate done. I told them that if I wanted services I would call them. They subsequently contacted me twice. The first time I told them not to call again. They did anyway, after which I told them I did not want services. I am not saying anything about the quality of actual lawn service, only the sales efforts.

You can pay for applications instead of a contract. Their feedback is great. They seem environmentally friendly.

The price varies because if you sign up ahead of time it is cheaper than if you do it week to week. The price also depends on the service you are getting. They are on top of things. If there is a problem they will come back out and fix it. They stand behind their business.

They are very professional and friendly. They provided an estimate after measuring the yard. Their treatment consisted of 6 through out the year. They came when the treatment was needed, professionally applied the material and did the analysis of the yard. The yard has never looked greener and lusher. Extremely satisfied.
