Woman owned business with over 20 years of experience handling all your Housecleaning- deep cleans, maid service, VRBO, Airbnb, move in and and move cleans, office cleaning.
"I submitted a project through Angi and received a follow-up from Tornado Tamers. The owner left a voicemail stating she had a 2-hour time slot available the next day at 1 PM, priced at $200. However, her introductory rate listed on Angi was $111 for 2-3 hours of service. I pointed out the discrepancy, and she agreed to honor the introductory rate. On the day of our scheduled appointment, she informed me via text that she would be delayed due to a previous client and had a hard stop at 3 PM. Concerned that I would not receive the promised minimum of two hours of service, I asked how she handles situations where she is running late. Her response was that she does not adjust the rate and expressed dissatisfaction with my inquiry, adding that I could find someone else. I was taken aback by her unprofessional and abrupt response to a reasonable question, especially since she would not be able to fulfill the service as advertised on Angi. She never responded after a couple attempts to determine if she was no longer willing to provide the services. Overall, it was a disappointing and unprofessional experience."
