We could not be more pleased with our recent basement remodel completed by Bayshore Construction. The project included a beautiful bar, media area, spare bedroom, and bathroom. The owner, Paul, was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was reassuring when we grappled with decisions and knows a lot of great resources in the community. Every person involved in the project was curteous and skilled. I would highly recommend Bayshore Construction!

We highly recommend Bayshore Construction, LLC. We had a large remodel project that encompassed both interior and exterior major changes to our home. During our project, they moved walls, relocated a kitchen, built a new first floor master bedroom and bathroom, created a new laundry room/powder room, built several closets, replaced windows, fixed damaged siding, and provided highly valuable creative solutions to our design questions. While Bayshore Construction commonly is the general contractor on a job, we wanted to be our own general contractor. Bayshore worked with us on this. They gave us a complete list of recommended subcontractors and worked on a time and material basis. In particular, we really valued Paulâ s suggestions for design, fixing leaking window flashings from improper construction and suggestions for product suppliers for cabinets, counters, glass shower doors and cabinet hardware. For example, Paul suggested that we contacted Wickâ s floors to see if they could match our existing floor, and despite having a unique wide plank ash floor, they were able to match the floor. Paul is a Master Carpenter. We love the custom wood stove hood he designed and built! We are thrilled that Bayshore Construction could recreate the custom maple wood work to match the wood trim that previously existed in our home. Bayshore Construction provided excellent service, excellent quality of work, and excellent customer support to us. They are an excellent team to call if you need remodeling of your home.

Paul and team came in after a water pipe broke in -50 degree weather. Another company had done the water mitigation, but had caused other problems. Paul and team came in and assessed, then came up with a plan, followed up with phone calls and emails, were prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job rehabbing an entire finished basement. Especially excellewnt quality on the drop ceiling, it came out far better than I ever imagined. Above and beyond service, reliable and honest, pricing was consistent with the quality of work they perform. Do not hesitate to bring them in on any project of any size. Paul even custom made a shutter based on a 2 minute conversation, and delivered it back in less than a week. Unbelievable service. Highly recommend them. Local, reliable and over-delivered on my expectations.

From our initial meeting, through the design work and construction phases, Paul accommodated our hectic schedules and presented options to meet our budget. He made the decision making process easy, taking any anxiety out of our home renovation. The entire Bayshore crew was extremely helpful and polite. Creative. Honest. Reliable. Discreet. Punctual. Conscientious. Friendly. These are some of the words that come to mind when I think of Bayshore Construction. We recently hired Paul and his team to complete a lower level rec room. Part of the uniqueness of this contract was the fact that my husband and I were leaving for the winter, which meant the work was to be done while we were gone. There are just some things you intuitively feel about a person when you meet and work with them, and we knew from the beginning that Paul and his crew were reliable, conscientious, that they could deliver what they promised, and would be on time and within budget. Paul even offered us some valuable building insights as well as several creative options. Most importantly, we felt that the Bayshore team was worthy of our trust to work in the house without us. Still, it could have been a huge risk had we not felt totally comfortable with Paul, but we felt secure that he and his team would not only create a quality product, but that the doors would be locked, the heat turned down, and everything secured when they left the job. All the ground work had been completed before we left... ie blueprints, materials selection, electrical and plumbing plans, color choices, etc. We were in contact with Paul while the work was being done and he was able to troubleshoot any difficulties that arose. We returned to an amazingly lovely room - it was just the way we had planned it, done with quality workmanship and clean! Not everyone has this same luxury to be gone while under construction, but I highly recommend Paul and the team at Bayshore. They will be discreet, meticulous, and deliver on all that they promise.

Paul and team are great to work with. They complete projects on time and within budget. Our 2nd floor remodel was a major undertaking including adding a master bathroom and walk-in closet plus splitting a large rec room into two kids bedrooms. We have an older home with multiple ceiling lines, and the way Bayshore Construction completed the work the multiple ceiling heights gives character to the space instead of the heights being a distraction. We would highly recommend Paul and Bayshore Construction for major home remodels.
