Description of Work: I used the Big Deal of $89 for four hours of service, and added to it; I have a LOT of yard clean up that needed to be done. The owner called within two days to set up a time to look over the yard and what needed to be done; it was clear I had more than four hours of work. He mailed me a quote for the whole job: cleaning out all my flower beds, trimming and pruning all the shrubs, roto-tilling my vegetable garden and rounding up my back (large) weed patch. He called before he came, scheduled time convenient for both of us, and got right to work. He showed me a bush that was dead (which was large and had been withering all last summer) and took it out for me, hauled away all of the debris. He knew his plants very well and knew when/how to prune them. Very polite. I'm waiting on the bill, but expect it to be what his quote was--I would definitely hire him again!!!!!

+ 2 moreI have been through a number of lawn/snow companies in the last 15 years. Cocohas done a much better job than all of them for me. What makes him and his team great is the responsiveness. I have used him for about 5 years and he has never let me down. He has cut my yard, removed trees, removed snow, planted a flowerbed, taken away garbage and a number of smaller projects. I have found his rates reasonable when I have bid out to other providers he is always the same or cheaper.
Description of Work: Lawn cutting, tree removal, snow removal, landscaping.

They walked through the property with me so that I could describe exactly what I wanted. Promptly provided an estimate and scheduled the work when I accepted. The work was thorough and efficiently done. I'll be working with them to estimate a few projects for spring.
