Description of Work: They were professionals, knew exactly what the issue was and how to repair it.I have replaced my garage springs three times. They kept replacing the springs. They weren't the right ones. Precision identified the issue and warranty it .... For as long as I own my house. Great experience.

Description of Work: Door was mis-aligned and was closing very hard, re adjusted everything and when I thought it was done, the tec wasn't happy and spent another hour getting it perfect. It was 10 degrees outside and they never rushed a thing to get out of the cold.
