Precision Door Service is a very reliable and professional company. Customer service is second to none and they follow their promise to have a tech to your home in less then 24 hours. My garage door broke down at 9 PM on thursday night, Precision came out the very next day at 8AM to fix the problem. A great technician named Colin Horsch replaced my entire garage mechanism in an hour and fully explained how to operate the features. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will recommend Precision to all my friends.

A representative from Precision Door Service came to my home to give an estimate for replacing our garage door. A few minutes into the appointment, out of the blue he began complaining about paying property taxes. A few minutes later he was pointedly asking me about my political affiliation and wanted to know who I was voting for in the upcoming election. I found this to be unprofessional and frankly none of his business, nor that of the company he represents. What does any of this have to do with replacing my garage door? Needless to say, I hired a different company for the job.

It was good. It works beautiful now.

I had my garage door spring break on a Saturday afternoon and Rick was able to come out that afternoon and have it fixed in an hour. It now runs quieter than before too.

Sunday afternoon, I went to change the broken garage door opener. After removing the old one I discovered the door wasn't operating correctly. Next thing I knew I had a disaster. Crooked door, cables off the drum, rollers out of the track, and rusted botls that wouldn't come lose. I was surprised to see that Precision Door had a 24hr hotline. Called up and had an appointment set for first thing Monday. Rick showed up and went to work. He got my attention with each item he saw was a problem. Gave me an accurate quote and stuck to it. Inside 2.5 hours he had overhauled my garage door. He was very professional and friendly. I hope I'm set for a while, but if something goes wrong again, I'm calling Rick!

Rick B. called when he was on his way and arrived when promised. He inspected our garage door issue and went over with us what he suggested be done. I called and got quotes from 3 places. All quotes were within $500 of each other. Precision door had the most quote including EVERYTHING and all specs. A1 door had an incomplete quote with a lesser model opener and did not include any extras. Alex installed my door (was not an easy job) no one was anxious to do my door as it was a flat roof house. Alex was polite personable and very very THOROUGH. I own a business myself and would be proud to have an employee like Alex.

Our experience with Precision was great from the start. The woman who answered the phone answered all our questions and got us an appointment slot only 5 hours away from when we called. Rick Bourget was fantastic and was even able to show up early. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it, then recommended other fixes of worn parts to ensure we wouldn't encounter another problem down the line- but he wasn't pushy at all about his recommendations, and made sure we felt comfortable going ahead with them. We would definitely use Precision again (but hopefully we won't need to)!

Great service from sales team and installation team. Very easy to work with, professional and helpful. Gave me 3 quotes (Good, Better, Best) and brochures to help me make an informed decision that best met my budget and needs.

We called in early evening on a Saturday and they arrived just a little ahead of appointment time the following morning on Sunday. The worker was very friendly and professional. We have a newer garage (under 7 years). He wanted to replace all the moving parts for well over $900. At this time we opted to just have the two springs and one small part replaced instead. We felt it was maybe still a little pricey but we needed to have the garage door functioning as soon as possible. The work was completed to full satisfaction and in an efficient manner. Everything was cleaned up as well.

Buyer Beware- While our technician seemed very knowledgeable, he talked us into expensive parts that were overpriced and unneccessary. What should of been a $300 fix of a broken garage door spring turned into $989 repair. After doing research after the fact, they marked up all cost of materials by over 100%. That was after $90 in service fee (that was supposed to be free) for an hour and a half job. They emailed us the receipt hours afterwards, so we were not able to review all the costs until after we paid. I can say that the materials were of excellent quality and they warranty items for as long as you own your home, which is nice, but we told him we were struggling and were hoping for a $300 fix and he still over-charged us, did not honor discount offered on their website, and over-all mis-lead us. We regret not looking on Angie's List first!

The service was great and I am pleased with the results. The technician was outstanding!

Called several local companies and none could come on short notice. Precision fit me in the schedule same day. Technician called half hour before arrival and came at the beginning of the 2 hour arrival window given at the time service was booked. Technician was very helpful and explained everything about the garage door hardware and suggested a full spring overhaul to our 23 year old hardware. Work was performed quickly so we could be on our way. Excellent work at a fair price and same day service! Will call them again for service.
