+ -1 moreThey did a decent job. They dented the siding while aerating my yard, and I had trouble finding someone to repair the aluminum siding. They weren't able to fix it for me and they didn't offer any resolution for me. I told them not to worry about it and let it go. I have since used a different company, but would consider them in the future.

+ -1 moreI had previously dealt with other lawn companies and these people are extremely service oriented......dealing both with the actual lawn technician that arrives "on the scene" to do the work but also the office staff when you call into the company. The company is well above the other 2 companies with whom I have previously dealt.
Description of Work: Pest control of webworm damage and control of broadleaf weeds and other non-grass weeds. Fertilization with control of weeds with 5 applications during the Spring, Summer, and Fall of 2008. Always notified via telephone prior to arrival for applications to the lawn. First visit.....LISTENED to the special requests and then adhered to all of the requests subsequently. Responded to questions about lawn and made appropriate suggestions for lawn improvements. Extremely professional in all of the "dealings" with the company. Always dressed professionally and was always clean when arriving at location regardless of time of day that lawn was serviced.

+ -1 morePerfectly. Naturescape showed up on the day they promised and cut both the front and back yards. Also, edged along the driveway and sidewalks. Blew the grass clippings off the walk and driveway, and cleaned up after himself.

+ -1 moreWe have been using Naturescape for a few years, but recently their quality has gone downhill. It seems like they just rush through the lawn to get on to the next project. I spoke with their office, and a representative said that the crew has a quota to meet each day, which suggests to me that they are not taking care of each lawn the way they used to. Also, while they used to fertilize by hand, they now use a machine that sprays on the driveway and patio. Their calls come later than usual, which gives me less time to clear the lawn if need be. I'm looking elsewhere for next year.

+ -1 moreThey come out every five to six weeks during the growing months. So far, so good. I am using this company for the first time this year. I am never here when they come, and they will leave flyers of other services they offer but they don't try to sell you products by phone. The work looks good and they come when scheduled and do the work that is agreed on.

+ -1 moreI canvassed 3 or 4 other places including some of the top-rated places here in Angie's list. Naturescape beat out all the others in price. $29 per mow, if you sign up for the entire season (they mow once every 9 days or so), otherwise $32 per mow if you want a mow only every now and then. They are easy to contact. You get a person, not a machine, and they are able to provide service within a week or so. If you really need service sooner, you can talk them into squeezing you in. The service itself is quite efficient. Two men arrive, one runs the mower, while the other runs the edger.
