The lawn was wonderful.

Did a nice job. The price was very good. They was very thorough with their job and approach. I would say the only dislike I had was that they would call you the day before coming and when they would get here they would knock on the door. I think that was just a little much.

They don't use phosphates. They do five treatments through the year, came out early spring, a couple of times through the summer and do an application late fall. It is great and we are very pleased. I am having a hard time deciphering whether they are that good or not because we have had abundant rain all year long. The yard has never looked better and if it was due to them I'd be deliriously happy. I think it is probably a combination of the rainfall as well as what they have been doing. So, yeah, it has worked out really well.

I was looking for a natural alternative to fertilizers for our lawn and they had some different options. If we have really high weeds and they kind of do a hybrid where there's more natural materials in the fertilizer and they do it 100% natural as well. I like the options because we have a dog so I appreciate that. They're a really nice service. They communicate well and are good guys. They are nice when they come out. They were pretty comparable to everybody else. The lawn looks better than it had.

Got an estimate for weed control and lawn treatment. They came out less than 24 hours after I called and had an estimate to me the next day. Very professional and helpful. We had an unexpected expense come up and will not be able to afford their services right now but will definitely use them in the future.

Everything went well. They always came when they said and did what they said they would do. The lawn did very well last year.

The service is always good, punctual and thorough. The lawn is taken care of regularly and we have been very happy with Naturalawn.

They are a nice company and they have good guys. I have an annual contract with them and I have been extremely pleased with them. They come out six times a year and whatever they do works. If I have weeds they kill them and if the weeds come back again, I can call them to come back out and treat it for no extra charge. They call me the day before they are going to come to let me know that they are coming. They put their warning signs out at all the viewing corners of the yard so that anyone visiting can make out the lawn has just been treated. They are very courteous and have been fine during the few times that I have been home and interacted with them.

Despite the weather being a HUGE issue ...last year's drought and this year's prolonged cold and rain...our lawn has never looked so good. It took us a while to understand the scheduling of applications, since the natural products do not have a weed preventative. Dandelions loved the extra time. If I had to recommend one thing, it would be to perhaps email the customer base as a whole to inform as to scheduling delays when weather is a factor on a large scale, thereby eliminating phone calls by customers. Having the confidence of beautiful grass that's free of harmful chemicals has made this experience worthwhile.

Overall, we really like how the treatments work for our lawn. We have used Naturalawn for a couple of years now, and our lawn seems to be responding very well to the treatments. Additionally, we do love that no harmful chemicals are being used - knowing how our kids and dog like to play on our grass. The only thing I would like to see improved - the responsiveness by the company. For, it seems very inconsistent when the company comes by to apply treatments. We get 5 treatments a year, and I would like to have more of a schedule of knowing when each treatment is set to be applied.

The owner, George, came to our home within a day of our initial call. He examined our yard and discussed his recommendation and our needs and concerns. He was very professional and thorough. Prior to each visit, we receive a phone call a day ahead. The technicians are prompt and have done an excellent job each time. They always leave a detailed note about the service performed. We did have a bit of a problem with the seeding. The technician forgot to put down cardboard to protect our flower beds. However, after a call to George the technician returned immediately, was very apologetic, and removed the excess seed. We have been completely satisfied with Naturalawn of America and will definitely use them again next year. We are especially pleased with their commitment to treat our yard with natural products as much as possible. Our yard looks better than it has in years, in spite of the heat and drought we've experienced this summer. We did find some services that were somewhat less expensive, but none of them seemed as knowledgeable or commited to being as chemical-free as possible. In addition, George gave us a discount as an Angie's List member and also a discount for paying the full amount of this year's contract in advance.

They are 80%natural and what they are really good at is callback, like I expressed interest but I wasn’t sure. They explained the program and also coming back to re-fertilize the areas. We think they are pretty good. It is little more expensive than some. It cost $70. They have good customer service and we don’t have to wait and see what they are going to do. We are happy that we have a lot more grass out here. We still have a lot of weeds. Overall they are very good since with other stuff one has to wait 24 hours before kids can go on the lawn but in this case it is just a wait of half an hour. Once it is dry one can go on it. Quality wise we had a lot of weeds and we are like in a drought country now and all that grows is weeds. But we had to call him back a second time and we have whole sections of our lawn that have weeds on them. We have not called them back because of the drought. We know that they are coming back again so in fairness it is not because we have not given them a second chance to do it. They were very responsive since they came the next day after my husband called them. My husband spoke to the guy and he explained a lot of stuff.

After seeing the good reviews for NaturaLawn, I decided to ask them for an estimate. As I came home from work that afternoon, a packet was on my door with more information, and I received a call with the quote that evening. The price seemed reasonable, and they were very professional, telling me ahead of time when I would receive a treatment. Price listed is the approximate cost per application for a relatively large (0.6 acre) yard, most of it covered in grass.

I thought they were great. Called one day ahead each time to inform me that I was on the schedule -- this would have allowed me to reschedule them if needed, i.e. if having guests over. We used TruGreen/ChemLawn in the past, and they did not extend this curtesy and once showed up when I had 20 toddlers playing on the lawn. I went with Naturalawn because their use of mostly organic products meant that my kids, neighbor kids and pets could be on my lawn safely within just 1 hour of application -- that waiting time might actually be to allow the application to dry so as not to stick to feet, shoes, etc. The application might be safe to be on immediately. Our grass looked the greenest it has in 7 years. Additionally, NaturaLawn did a great job eliminating a weed garden that had grown in an area of newly planted grass.s Finally, they educated me on why grass in one area of my lawn acted differently than in other areas. They are great, price competitive with other companies, and pleasant to talk to.

This year will be the third year I've been with them. I initially switched because of concern for ours, and our neighbors pets. Having been with TrueGreen, service with Naturalawn has been a breath of fresh air. They don't play pricing and contract games like I had done to me in the past. They call me the day before to give me a heads up and make sure it's ok I don't get a lot of junk mail pushing other services like I had in the past During one of their visits I was home and was surprised to see them take a blower and blow all of the pellets off of my drive, walkway, and patio. Overall I've been very happy with the service and quality of the company and have even referred them to other neighbors and family members.

Okay if you want chemicals sprayed on your yard.

They used organic materials in the fertilizers. They came, when they said, they would and did a good job. I was happy with their job and had good results, of the same. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I just started using them this spring. They use an all-natural spray. All interactions have gone well and they are very quick to respond. I feel that their price is a little higher than others. They attempted to do the job, but it really hasn't worked as well as I had expected it to work; I don't want to see any weeds at all. When I pay a lot of money to have a weed free lawn, I expect to not have weeds. He advised me that it was because of the excessive amounts of rain, which I do understand. I don't think I will go with their service again next year.

The workers from Naturalawn do a great job. I think their prices are pretty average. They do quality work for me. I think they are very responsive and punctual. They are professional and I will continue to use them.

They are very professional and thorough. They are very concerned with the environment and their clean-up. They clean-up when stuff gets on the neighbor's lawn as well. They make sure there is nothing on any walk-ways also.

We contacted the company. They promptly returned our call. Explained their "natural" approach and success in eradicating lawn weeds. Came out to our house within the week. Made recommendations and we agreed to the plan. Returned to the house within a couple of days to spray the lawn. Very attentive to making sure our dogs would not be affected. Left a hand-written note regarding what they did and what they recommend for future applications.
