Jon was great right from the start. I contacted several drywall companies and he responded back right away. For this project, we needed to work around our tenants schedule and have Jon give us an estimate for some water damage that had happened to their ceiling. We planned a day and time for him to come but unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances on our tenants side, we were unable to get access to the apartment where the work needed to be done. Jon was very accommodating and followed up with us to find another date that would work for the estimate. Once Jon viewed the damage, we got the estimate within the next day or two. Once we gave him the green light, Jon once again was accommodating to our tenants schedule and preferences regarding scheduling of work. He came with his crew and the work was completed on time and beautifully. My husband and I were very impressed and would definitely use Jon. Overall, Jon was professional, provided amazing results and had great follow through.

Jon was out to review the damage and we had a detailed quote the next day for the work. Quote was followed up with available dates and work was scheduled the week following. Jon showed up with the crew the day the work started and he explained what was going to be done and the time frame to completion. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. We would recommend JB Custom Drywall and we would use them again. Excellent work!!

I used JB to drywall my finished basement in Oconomowoc. I have used them in the past and had great results. This time was no different. The knockdown texture looks great and we have rounded corners which looks great as well. I would highly recommend them.

When Jon came to look at our walls, he immediately described how they would solve the problem of our walls that were in a sad state of affairs after we removed the wallpaper in 4 rooms. I had done some prior research and knew that what he described matched what others in on-line forums recommended. Due to some of their other work being pushed back, they were able to tackle our problems only a few days after I received an estimate. We had numerous 2" holes in the ceilings along the perimeter of the house due to insulation work. JB Drywall repaired these flawlessly, blending in the repair perfectly with the existing ceiling. They applied a coat of Guardz to all the walls that had been wallpapered, then the next day skim coated and then followed up with sanding and texturing. It was a big project for them, involving 5 rooms plus a hall, plus repairing an area around a bathroom ceiling fan. They completed the work in 4 days. Before beginning work they completely covered all floors and masked and protected all woodwork (baseboards, chair rails, door and window frames and cabinets. The main person on the project was Cele and he worked with another man. Both were very hard workers, very friendly & professional, took care of several other cracks or nail holes they noticed and cleaned up extremely well each day. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

JB Custom Drywall was on-time, professional, and very reasonable on price. They understood the "look" I was trying to obtain with the texture, and delivered as advertised. The finished product looks outstanding, and I would highly recommend them for any drywall need or project, regardless of size.

Jon is awesome! When I first called him, he asked if I had someone to frame out the basement. I didn't. He worked very hard to find me someone and he did! When the basement was framed out he sent his crew in immediately. The whole basement took maybe two weeks max. They did a magnificent job! His painters let me pick three colors. One of them was a blue and his painter informed me that my blue had a lot of purple in it. Boy did he save me! He sent me over to Sherwin Williams to look at the blue's and the room turned out just beautiful. Talk about going above and beyond! The painter really wanted to make sure that my rooms turned out the way I wanted them and did they ever! His quote was prompt, the job went quick and the end result is perfect. I would highly recommend them!

I have used JB Custom Drywall in 2012 and I have them scheduled to come this week to do something else. The quoting process was great. They came in and take a look and they were really quick about giving us the number. They gave us the number before they left. That was for drywalling and painting and just general repair of some damage and it was very reasonable quote.

Excellent, the crew was very courteous and CLEAN. This can be a messy project and the crew laid down paper in the hallway. In order to get it done faster we had a floor fan put in overnight, so it was a little loud. However it was WELL worth it. EXCELLENT work, John was very professional and communication was exceptional.

My experience was fine. They were timely for the appointment and scheduling went well. They cleaned up well after themselves. We are happy with what they did for us.

Called a couple weeks ago, asked for an estimate. Jon called back that day and was able to come out the next day to see the scope of the work. I received the estimate within the period he provided and it was reasonable. I had a relatively limited period of time to do the work, either one week in Sept or one week in October. Jon was able to do the work the week in Sept. The crew arrived on time on Wednesday, one person Simi(sp?) was left to do the work. He was very professional, covered up the floor where he worked, very polite and neat. Jon came by to check on his progress in the early afternoon. Simi cleaned up the jobsite prior to leaving that day. Arrived as scheduled on Thursday and put sheeting up to keep the dust out of the rest of the house during the sanding spraying portion. It all went well, Simi cleaned up after he was done and the job looks great. The painting to cover up the repair will be done in a couple of weeks by another contractor as part of the project.

They made the room look beautiful and it only took 2 visits. They came in and quoted me a price and finish date, they worked tirelessly to complete the work in less time than they promised. They showed up on time and finished it nicely. The room looks great. Some of the work involved was cutting, texturing mudding, sanding and taping. The price was very reasonable and the work was top notch. They are very experienced.

Needless to say, JB Custom Drywall delivered. Not only were they easy to work with, but they were prompt, timely and got the room ready for our guest. They arrived 5 minutes early every day and proceeded to work with great diligence. The job was completed before their estimated completion day, and I could not be happier. As far as the work, I wish that angies list would have allowed me to include some pictures of the custom bathroom, which includes an incredible use of drywall to make a 3 shelf (open cabinet style) wall enclosure for linen and toiletries. It is so unique and a great use of small space that other contractors have marveled at the concept and design. I have would also have included a picture of the texture work for the ceiling patch in the main room. I would highly recommend JB Custom Drywall, LLC as your next project or remodel wall/wallboard company. You will not be disappointed with the quality and value.
