Description of Work: They did an excellent job installing our water softener. The installer got the unit to fit into a tight spot so that we did not have to hire a plumber to move our drain for the sanitary tub. He was on time and very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Great guys, great system for removal of iron but when I had an issue with the hard water spots left behind on my car and dishes recently I was told "that's how it is" and I'd have to purchase additional equipment even though my unit is just a year old.

Description of Work: Had a Hanson installed softener. Was leaking and Hanson came out to check, first tech said it was leaking, second tech came out and said it wasn't leaking and we needed to look somewhere else. Had 2 plumbers, sprinkler system people out to look at their systems, they all pointed to the water softener. Had the concrete floor opened up to make sure it wasn't the drain tiles. Finally Hanson came out again and said there was a leak from their tank and it needed to be replaced. We had spent $2,500 trying to figure out where the water was coming from after Hanson said it was not their unit. They offered $100 off on a new unit because of what we had been through! Are you kidding me? Never ever again!!!

Description of Work: Our water softener was not consuming any salt and obviously had stopped working. Their technician came and promptly fixed the problem. It think it was some small piece of dirt sticking in one of the valves.

Description of Work: I had a hard water problem. Pat came out for a free water test and estimate. Reset water softener to run more after. Estimated repairs needed in future (but didn't push for work to be done now!!!) Pat also gave me some free advice on water issues at my cottage even though he would never get the work or any money.
