 + -1 moreKevin visited the house and viewed what was needed. He suggested a good alternative to one of our landscaping issues. Followed up with a bid, and did the work promptly and efficiently. Since the air-conditioner was sinking, we had to hire a HVAC person to move the A/C unit before the ground could be stabilized.
Description of Work: Reconditioned one bed, created a new bed, added fill around the foundation, and set a compacted crushed stone pad for the air conditioner.

 + -1 moreAlways on time, very professional, but most importantly when Kevin's first efforts did not succeed he fixed the problem in a very fair way. Not only is he competent but he is very ethical. I would recommend him very highly.
Description of Work: We had front and side lawn infested with weeds. We got two bids from Kevin, one for sod and one for seed. Went ahead with re-seeding which involved Kevin tearing up old lawn and sowing new grass seed. After a number of months the weeds came back. Kevin came back and agreed to tear up the lawn again after treating with roundup and then put sod in place. Second time round we just paid for the original difference between the seed and sod prices.

His work was impeccable. Several of our neighbors commented on how hard working and efficient he was during the entire process. It clearly shows in the end product and our lawn is the talk of the neighborhood. We plan to use his services again in the spring for additional landscaping. I would recommend Kevin without hesitation.

We really enjoyed working with him as he provided us great ideas and on our new landscaping and pointed us in the direction we needed to go (as we are both as ungreened thumbed as you can get!). Kevin was pleasant, efficient, did a great job cleaning up after the project and delivered on his service. Our landscaping looks fantastic thanks to Kevin. His prices were very reasonable for the stellar, top-notch service that you get.
Description of Work: Removed shrubs/hedges, prepared front planting beds, pruned trees, put in mulch, topsoil and boulders.

Description of Work: Kevin removed some small tree stumps in the backyard, tilled the entire yard, dug a trench for buried power lines, added fresh soil, and sodded the entire thing, including two strips along a new concrete driveway.
