Description of Work: They put in a dehumidifier and they didnt put in a temperature part in properly and another company pointed it out. They did come back and correct the issue.

Description of Work: Had a service call due to concern with AC. Silly me turned off the power switch. Anyway, the receptionist advised of the coupon on their company website which I was glad to use. When I mentioned it to the service provider, the quote of repair seemed to go up $20. Glad to have the service completed.

Description of Work: Air Duct cleaning. Cleaning went well. Got a lot of stuff out. Only issue was when they went to disinfect they wanted to charge me for using a chemical, but I said the Groupon I used said it came with it. After some discussion, they finally agreed to provide it as part of my initial quoted cost from Groupon.

Description of Work: Central air unit not producing cool air. Did multi-point inspection and found malfunctioning condenser. Replaced condenser and unit is working fine. Technician was courteous, professional and very competent. He provided valuable information for maintaining the unit to increase life expectancy.

Description of Work: No complaints! Service was prompt, friendly, and nothing to clean up afterwards! I gave a "B" for pricing because the expense was more than we wanted but we also chose a higher quality air conditioner which we figured would give us the higher cost savings in the long run. Would definitely use this company again. In fact, we did.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the ducts of our home after a major renovation job. They also cleaned the air conditioner and checked out the furnace. They were punctual, courteous, considerate and hard working. They explained the duct cleaning process and showed me photos of before and after. They were truly professional. Description of Work: We first had them on an Angies List special of a furnace and an A/C tune-up. |When that expired, we took out a maintenance contract for the furnace and A/C. During the last year, they called at the correct time of year to service the furnace and the A/C, and we had them come to do so. |They came very promptly and did a good job. |We signed up for another year with them today!
