See above.Overall - service has consistently been scheduled at a time convenient for me (usually before 8 a.m.). I have learned that they are very prompt, in fact usually arrive 10 minutes before set appointment and they go right to work. Technicians are courteous and tolerate my overly friendly golden retriever.

Called at 3:30 and service person was here at 4:00. Had AC unit problem diagnosed and repaired in 45 minutes. Even had shoe covers when walking through the house. Prompt and effective service!

I called the company before 8 am and the owner answered the phone. I told him that my AC wasn't cooling the house. He said someone could come out that day which surprised me...I assumed I wouldn't get an appointment for at least a week. He informed me that they like to get out to the houses the day the calls are made, which was awesome...as it was really hot inside our house. Kevin, the service tech, showed up on time and had it diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour and he also replaced a filter free of charge. He was polite, friendly, and explained what he did. I asked him some questions and he gave me some service information to look over..no hard sell, which I also liked. He was friendly to my dog and didn't mind that my youngest trailed after him watching and asking questions. It was a great experience :)

The technician made adjustments to the furnace which resulted in proper performace with temperature and air flow.

Everything turned out fine! I have recommended them to others and I would use them again.

They did a very good job. They did the work right away and took a couple of days. I called other places that would have taken about a week to get to me.

In one word I can describe them as OUTSTANDING. They are the best company I have ever dealt with in terms of price, reliability, professionalism and promptness. They have been amazing to work with and have been extremely accommodating in some unique situations I have encountered.

Although we decided on another brand and company, the sales rep at Capital was great. His presentation was very professional, and his concerns were sincere. Capital was our next choice for our needs.

Jason and his team of guys came in removed all of the old compononents installed the new ones cleaned up any and all mess made from the installation. Then they took the time to work with me on how the thermostat works how to program it etc etc. This system is so much nicer then my old one. The humidity level in my house is now contorolled and there is much less dust. It is nice that someone took the time to understand what I needed in a unit and delivered.

I received a call from a tenant explaining to me that she did not have any heat in her unit. The call was in the evening (after normal business hours) and on a Sunday. I was so grateful that Jason was able to get the furnace working until he came back the following day to replace the motor. He explained to me that he did not have the motor for the particular furnace and would have to get it on Monday. It didn't matter to me as long as he got the heat working for the tenant (which he did). I appreciated his thorough explanation of the problem and repair that was done. I can't say enough about their service. Although this is just one job, I have used Capital Heating & Cooling many times before and have been especially happy with their work and pricing. I have used them for repairs and new installs. They have been extremely accommodating and very professional. As a landlord with properties all over the city, I need to depend on a reliable company that is available all the time. Capital Heating & Cooling have proven themselves over and over.
