The service person did a very thorough checkup for my 15 year old air conditioner. He tested it as well to see that it was working. The best news was that he said it should last another 5 years. He was 45 minutes late for the appointment. I would use this company again.

Went well. Unclogging the drain was hard because it was an attic unit. Did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem and following through with a check to make sure everything worked well before he left.

All things were fine, the system checks out. While there, they also gave me a review of my heating system in general which they provided at no additonal cost. It was very informative.

I bought the deal on Angie's list and they were able to set a date promptly for the check up. The serviceman was very nice, called ahead because he was a bit late, and did the job in about 20 minutes. He assured me the unit looked fine and didn't need any service at this time. He estimated the time left we have on the AC and left a card for future service needs. Very good experience.

The technician was punctual, completedin a reasonable time. No surprises or sales pitches.

Purchased the AC tune up coupon on Angies List for $69. He checked things out and found a mouse nest in my AC unit and cleaned it out. Recommended replacement of contacts because of mouse nest. No pressure on decision to replace the addtional part. I decided to replace it because they were there and he had it in his truck. Overall very pleased with the services.

The work was done thoroughly and the tech left everything clean. Took extra time to see if there was an leak within my AC system before going ahead with adding refrigerant. Would use again in the future.

We initially had Capital Heating & Cooling in to take them up on the Angie's Deal for the $69 A/C tune-up we purchased. However, during the tune-up, the technician discovered that the motor/blade needed repair. This was an additional $296, which we thought was reasonable and went ahead and had fixed. Our technician's name was Kevin and he was very friendly, efficient, and approachable - he did a great job! Overall, we were pleased with the service from Capital Heating & Cooling and would definitely use them again.

Kevin was knowlegeable and pleasant. Answered all my questions. AC is 25 years old and wanted to have it inspected for piece of mind. Will use Capital again and will ask for Kevin. Recommend without question.

I can honestly say that this service not only gave us peace of mind regarding our central air unit, but we found a company that truly cares about what they do. The technician (Kevin R.) did a great job of walking me through everything as he was doing it, but also took the time to explain the importance of each component as well as basic things I can do to help with maintenance. He really took his time even though it was the last appointment of the day and I did not feel like he was cutting corners. He was running a little late, but Jason in the office explained that Kevin got stuck in traffic and apologized for the delay. Kevin also apologized once he arrived. It was not a big deal, but nice of them to be so considerate. After the services were all done, he let me know about the other services they offer, etc. I would highly recommend Capital Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC work. We could not be happier knowing that we have someone we trust!

The technician arrived right on time. He put paper booties over his shoes before walking into my house. He got right to work and had the entire thing finished in less than an hour. He answered all my questions and was very courteous.

Shortly after I purchased the Big Deal, I received a call from Capital Heating & Cooling to schedule the appointment. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment to have the work completed. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Kevin called me 10 minutes before the scheduled service to let me know he was on his way and would arrive at the scheduled time. Once here, Kevin quickly went to work to checking my A/C system. He replaced the filter, checked the system, and validated that it was working properly when running (set thermostat to low temp to ensure the proper power was being used by the system). Upon completion, Kevin did a great job sharing what his efforts showed and determined that the system was working very well.

Jason came out to our house the next day to bid out job. He was priced competitively and took time to answer all of my questions. When his installation team came, they were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I used to use another company and will be switching to Capital for my repairs also.

Good experience with the job performed. Both technicians arrived promptly and the price quoted for a service call after normal business hours was the most reasonable of the four companies I called that night. It was extremely cold outside and after five in the evening. They had the system fixed within an hour of calling. The man was very responsive. The tenant had a problem once the man left. I was able to give the man the tenants number and he came back right away even though it was late to resolve the issue. I will definitely use their services again. The man worked well with me and made me feel comfortable. The price was really cheap even though it was an emergency call and it was late.

Installation went as discussed and for a new furnace, it only took about 4 hours to install.

To accommodate a light fixture, we had to move a heat register to a different area of the bathroom. Jason came out and consulted and gave suggestions on where the new register should go. Kevin performed the work. He was efficient, neat, and friendly. The work took about 3 hours.

IT WENT GREAT. THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND & GOT THERE FIRST THING IN MORNING. REPLACED THE PART & EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE.
