This was my first time working with Capital. They were quick to respond, made an accurate diagnosis, and completed the job in a timely fashion. I felt as though the price was reasonable, too.

They did a superb job, were very knowledgeable, and charged a competitive price. They were also very flexible in terms of payment and allowed us to pay in installments. They had a very helpful lady (the go-to-gal) at the office who was instrumental in getting the job done. We also qualified for energy saving rebates.

It was great! They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and had a fair price. Furthermore, I'm familiar with what is necessary for a tune up, and the techninicians did a very thorough job.

The company was very responsive and answered all of my questions, and making the appointment was very easy. Furthermore, the technician arrived a bit early, wore booties while working in the house, and seems to have done a thorough job. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and I feel as though I received a good value for the money that I spent.

They were prompt when they came, they were courteous, and I would them again in the future.

All went well, Service technician was a little behind schedule, but our appointment was during a cold spell, so many people had furnaces that weren't working, so the delay was understandable.

All around excellent service from the initial phone call, appointments through installation and instructional use of the thermostat application. I would definitely recommend Capital.

They installed a whole house humidifier. The installer arrived right on time. The installation was flawless, and a month into the use of the humidifier, I can say that we are very pleased. Thank you.

I had two furnaces to go out (one for my son's upper unit and one for my lower unit). The repairman was able to fix both units on the same day! The repairs were done not long after I requested a repair call. I appreciated that very much!

Went well. Service person was very friendly and professional. |Very honest to tell me of possible major component problem in the future but no pressure to purchase or do anything at this time. Said part may last 1-3 years yet but just so I was aware.

They came right on time and did a great job of cleaning our oil fired furnace. I had used them for cleaning and tuning up my central A/C in the spring and was very happy so I tried them for heating this fall. I will definitely use them again for both A/C and heating in 2014.

I originally contacted them to schedule a regular furnace tune-up, but had a feeling it might need more work as it was making more noise than usual. Sure enough, shortly before my appointment the furnace broke entirely. I called to schedule an emergency appointment and they came out that night within a couple hours. Due to the age of the furnace and cost of repairs, we decided to just get a new one. He did a good job explaining the different models and options. We ended up getting their highest-efficiency model and thermostat, so it was expensive, but given the quality the overall price seemed reasonable. The installation happened the next morning and the installers were very polite and professional. It's been running well for a few weeks now and the inspector from the village found no issues. They also responded quickly and professionally to any questions I've had. I plan on continuing to use them for my HVAC needs.

We were called right away after accepting The Big Deal and arranged a time convenient for us. It was scheduled in a window of time, but they called and told us when they would be arriving. The installer was he when he said he would be, put on shoe covers and got to work. He and the company were very professional and provided a good product for our home. And because of all these reasons, we wanted to give him a tip but he would not accept it!

Technicians were professional and courteous. They also performed a carbon dioxide test that no other HVAC company had done previously on tune-up calls. I recommend this company to others.

He was prompt, efficient, friendly and informative. In the Spring, he will return to check the air conditioning system, which is included with this deal.

Our home furnace was making a loud rumbling noise, the unit was tuned up and the noise was eliminated for a few days and it came again.

I purchased the whole-house humidifier as part of Angie's Best Deal special. The info said they would call within 48 hours to schedule and they did. I was scheduled within 2 weeks. The installer contacted me by phone on his way to my house. He was actually running early, due to a cancellation, and requested that he begin my job early. The work was completed in less than two hours without any fuss or distraction. I would contact this company with any future concerns about HVAC in my home.

Kevin from Capital Heating & Cooling arrived right on time. The two guys were very professional and polite. THey installed the Aprilaire unit quickly and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. They instructed me in a great detail on how to use the new unit. There were no hidden costs or surprises. I plan on using Capital Heating & Cooling for any furnace/air conditioner tuneups and needed work done in the future. They were great!
