The service was excellent. Everything has been working great. It was good. It's a great company. The price was excellent. Their responsiveness was good. I was pleased with the whole thing. There wasn't anything bad.

It went very well. They were spectacular; the work that they did. It took them several weeks. It is perfect. There were glitches and they kept coming back and fixing it and coming back, no charge and they were right here, right away. They were super. That was part of the fee because it was brand new. You expect that but it works perfectly now. Right now we have the heater on rather than the air conditioner. We have no problems with it.

It worked out fine. Because of the way the pipes were laid out, they could not go into the new refrigerant, so they had to retrofit with the old refrigerant. It was a bit of a challenge, but they did very well. I am very happy with what they did.

Arrived promptly. Explained what he was going to do. When about installing it. Came and got me when he was finished and SHOWED rather than just told me how the system operated (which was great as I tend to learn best that way). Very well done. I would recommend them highly.

The install was quick and painless. I was able to talk with the installer to determine the best location for the humidifier and get my questions answered. Only issue was that the installer realized after the install that something wasn't hooked up quite right, but to their credit, they came back out the next day and fixed it.

We used a discount offered through Angie's list the first time we used this provider. We were very satisfied later had them as one of the businesses to replace parts of our furnace. They were the most responsive so we used them again. Both times they were very prompt and professional. They were more accommodating than other companies that we spoke to about our projects.

They arrived on time and did a great job. They recommended and installed a new filter on our furnace humidifier and gave us feedback on the condition of our furnace. We were told that the doors would need to be open enough for the hoses to run into the house, but our doors were basically propped open, so I would suggest having this done in nicer weather. They missed some of the vent covers in their cleanup, but it wasn't a big deal. We just peeled the covers off the vent and threw them away.

I believe the service technicians name was Paul. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process went faster than I thought it would and Paul gave me a thorough tutorial on the new humidifier regarding controls, maintenance and usage. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service provided and considering the cold dry air we've had, thankful we had this done. The unit works great thus far and we would highly recommend Capitol. They were great. They were very efficient. They came when they said they were going to come, and they did a great job. I don't know much about electrical boxes, but it was excellent quality. He called when he was supposed to, he e-mailed when he was supposed to, and did the job very quickly. It was fine.

I think it went fine. I can't tell any difference. The heating works the same as usual. Hopefully less irritants in the air. My son isn't sneezing like he use too. It's good. They did it within a week of purchase. They just did what was in the deal. My husband said that it was quick and painless. There was nothing out of the unusual. The deal did save us some money. I would use them again.

They arrived when promised/scheduled and performed complete checkups for both my furnace and a/c, then gave me a written, itemized list of what was needed for repair and what was okay. I was completely satisfied with the company.

From the salesman (Mark), the office personnel (Leslie) to the installer (Jason) our experience was wonderful. Every single person (including the duct cleaning guys) was pleasant and professional.

aThe marketing team does not seem to talk to the actual installers. The first time they came out they said sorry you have a high efficiency furnace with variable speed fan you cannot use the humidifier that was included in the deal. You need a model level higher that is an extra $200. Second time they come out and notice I have old galvanized pipes. The guy was in my basement both times and not sure how he missed the pipes. They wanted $200 to redo my plumbing. I declined and said I'd fix the plumbing myself. I made plumbing changes and provided ball valve with a 1/2 nipple. I talked to someone at Capital Heating and he said they'd have no problems with this and they'd use use a 1/2 to 1/4 compression fitting when they came out. I scheduled the install and the guy did not have the fitting. I had picked one up at home depot just in case. The guy used my fitting but then couldn't get it to not leak. Insisted that he'd try some silicon around the the compression fitting to stop the leak, as he could not tighten it anymore. The biggest mistake was mine. I had to get to a work meeting in the afternoon and I did not have time to inspect his install throughly. The model they upgrade me to was the Aprilaire 700m. The included a humdistat module and then a outside temperature sensor. I had asked several times to please use my Nest 2.0 thermostat and even provided the wiring schematic from the Nest website. He said I'd be way happier with the humidistat and said he'd only install with that. The humidistat has an arbitrary scale of 1-7 for setting where the Nest lets you specify a humidity percentage. The humidstat also measure humidity from the air return where with the Nest it's higher on the wall for the humidity reading and I have Nest protect smoke detectors also taking readings on my second floor. With the humidistat it shuts off the humidifier but the nest shows the first floor getting to a max 28%. The install also left a mess of wires all over and instead of hiding them neatly inside my furnace chose to save his company 50 cents and has a mess of wires with electrical tape all over the connections. The humidistat also requires an external temperature sensor. I have read online mixed reviews of needing to place this outside or inside the cold air supply on high efficiency furnaces. This installer used the cold air supply, but he drilled exactly on the bottom of the cold air supply PVC. It seems during Wisconsin winters this cold air supply gets condensation. Since the install I have had a slow drip out of this air supply PVC. So the installer caused two water leaks. I was able to fix the compression leak slowly tightning the water supply line compression fitting. This leak may require some epoxy or replacing the section of pipe. It just seems like they cut corners. I have a hard time trusting them to fix the issues they caused and especially the compression fitting after me gradually tightening it a quarter turn over a period of 15 minutes fixed the issue. Ultimately this deal seems to be something they try to just make some quick cash on and I'd avoid them for all future HVAC issues in the future.

The instillation was fast, and cheap.

Technician was on time. Very courteous and informative. I had purchased a deal on Angies List for a whole house humidifier. While replacing the humidifier, the technician noticed the shipping bolt had never been removed from the furnace which was 8 years old. He checked the blower motor and determined that the capacitor was bad. Quoted replacement and was able to replace on the spot.

I was told the April Aire they were supposed to install would not work on my furnace so it was an extra $250.00 to install an upgraded model. The installation went well and I probably will use them again with caution. The April Aire does seem to be doing what it needs to do.

There added costs I decided not to use the deal.

The service provider came out and promptly took a look at it. I also spent $340 since gas line union was inside the furnace and it was recommended to move it to outside the furnace in case of any future gas leak.

Very punctual and informative. Did not use them because their price was not as competitive as the company we eventually used. We would consider them again for other services because of their professionalism.
