Description of Work: We are in the process of financing. I found we needed to replace the entire roof and had originally thought it would need some repair. He was prompt courteous and pointed out many issues that were not done professionally by previous owners. He is working with us to help us get work done at an affordable price since we were not prepared to spend several thousand on a roof and other work needed on the home which we had just purchased 11 months ago.
