Someone came out as scheduled and gave me a bid, the "deal" price did not include tear off. I accepted and the work was done promptly and looks great. MY ONLY problem was that I wasn't advised to cover anything in my garage, and everything was covered with a layer of grit from the roof shingles being removed, It was not fun to clean it up....had I been advised, I would have covered everything with tarps.

It went well and they did more than I expected.

Everything was professionally done. It did take longer than they planned but the work was well done.

Sunset Ridge Exterior, once again, upgraded my property. They provided excellent design ideas for my unique site. They also recommended no-maintenance materials which I really need! Their craftsmanship was superior; they modified the final build to fit my unique site needs and added some extra design details to the final product. They arrived promptly and completed the work within the estimated time frame. I will continue to call on them for property repairs and upgrades; they are excellent!

I WOULD RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Contacted me in a timely manner after purchasing the package for $99.00 and set up a time that was very flexible with my schedule. Service was prompt and spot on. Asked if I had any concerns before they arrived and I told them the main reason to purchase the package was to see about getting an estimate for my melted siding. They were very understanding. Upon arrival, which was well transmitted to me via phone calls, they promptly took to the work and had it wrapped up in a timely manner. also informed me that they could fix my melted area but they had to check to see about matching the siding. I agreed. I was later contacted to tell me that although they could not exactly match my siding, they could get very close and could do the work for $50.00. I agreed. Again scheduling set up a date for my appointment and they showed up early to accomplish the fix. The siding matches my house exactly. Even though it is a different company, you cant tell the difference! I am very pleased with their service. They were courteous, prompt, easy to get a hold of and talk to, and very easy to work with. Overall I paid $99.00 for the Angie's List special and $50.00 for the siding repair. Total Cost=$149.00 Will hire again if I get a need.

I RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Communication with the company was top notch. Scheduling lined up an appointment time that worked for me and they were very prompt on time. Even called a couple of times to inform me of their whereabouts and arrival time. 99.00 Special was completed and took an estimate of the damage to the siding I had caused. Within a couple of days, was informed that although they could not exactly match my siding they found some extremely close to the siding and for 50.00 could repair my siding. I agreed and appointment was scheduled. They even showed up early to the day of appointment and completed the work. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the result, and darn if you cant even tell it is different siding. The damage is gone and there is no overly different color siding on the house. Heck even very close examination one cant tell it is different. EXACTLY what I wanted and expected. So in all I paid $99.00 for the Angie's List special and $50.00 for the additional repair for a total of $149.00.

Appeared to be level headed professional...something extremely important when looking for a contractor. Reasonable bid but a bit high.

I didn't pay more than the deal I purchased. I asked them to give me a quote. They did give me a quote. They said they were going to use a certain product and it is composite. I asked them for something a little cheaper like wood. I never heard back from them. They did good work but I wish they could be a little more responsive.

It went great. I have a lot of trees which lead to a lot of debris on my roof and caused some of the issues with the leaks. They explained what was happening and why and what I needed to do in the future to prevent the issue again. Because of the debris I decided to go with a gutter product that they recommended. that installation went very well and was promptly done.

Owner is a great guy. Came personally to quote job. Job completed earlier than estimated. Small issues were resolved quickly after contacting them. Great overall customer service. Would recommend. My job was a small upcharge due to pitch of roof in some areas. Very fair pricing.

They inspected the roof for any repairs that might be needed and found none. One of my vents needs to at some time be replaced but was told it would last another year or so. Decided to wait and budget for that repair. They did tack down and seal around one of my vents and checked the area around the chimney for the wood stove. Advised to have a company that does chimney repairs come out and replace the chimney pipe as it was starting to rust.

When I first called and spoke with them, they confirmed that they would service my area. I explained the job to them and we set a date for the estimate. The day before the appointment they e-mailed me and informed me that they did NOT service my area. I'm on a time limit and it seemed unfair for me to have waited a whole week for them to finally let me know that they wouldn't service my area AFTER having already agreed to do so.

They just finished. It was interesting because they couldn't do the job that was advertized. They gave us $149 off of another job they did. It went well. They just finished on Friday. It took a while for the to finish up.

I contacted Sunset Ridge Exteriors over a week ago to make a appointment for a evaluation and estimate for a new flat roof. I made the appointment for 3:15 pm 4/20/2016. I came home from work, when they did not arrive at 3:15 I decided to catch up on my messages and found out then they had called the day before and asked me to call to confirm the appointment. Due to a busy schedule, I may need time to get caught up on my voice messages. They never said that I needed to confirm the appointment when I made to original appointment. I expected them to be here at the prearranged appointment time.

Four men team. Arrived on time. Stayed all day. Told me how long they would be there. Very courteous. Competed job well and on time. Didn't disturb homeowner in any way. Very, very professional team. I would recommend this company.

We obtained multiple estimates and ended up choosing Sunset Ridge Exteriors after reading the excellent reviews on Angie's List. Michael Richichi came to our home to initially give us an estimate. He also assisted us in obtaining financing. The workers did an excellent job. They were polite and respectful. Matt Eaton stopped by several times to check on the progress. The job was completed in the estimated time period. We definitely recommend Sunset Ridge Exteriors. You will not be disappointed.

We contacted the contractor for the $299 siding special. They responded promptly and scheduled the work. They followed up with a confirmation the day prior to be sure the date and time still was acceptable. The crew arrived on time and examined the garage for the damaged areas. They left for about an hour while they picked up materials from a local building supply store. Because our siding was very old, there was no product locally they could purchase that matched the texture of the existing. They brought one back of the same color for our approval. They made the repairs and/or replaced the pieces with vinyl of the same color. The job was time consuming because of how the siding was originally installed. From far away it's not noticeable, but you can tell at close glance that the vinyl texture does not match. Due to the age of our siding, we cannot fault the contractor for not having it look perfect.

Performed the services promised. Very professional and courteous.

Sunset was responsive, reliable, and did a good job. I'm not sure if I got a real deal, as they ended up using pieces of siding we had left over from the original installation. I didn't think we had enough and was anticipating that the $299 would include purchasing additional siding, so we ended up paying $299 just for labor. Perhaps it was still a good deal, but I'm just not sure. The job itself was well done.

They were great! They arrived on the day and time window agreed upon. They really went way beyond what I expected. They found the source of a leak in my kitchen range hood vent and calked it shut. Because it was rusted I engaged them to replace the vent, and they will do the job later this week. They checked all the corner caps on my siding and replaced several caps that had fallen off and renailed a number that had loosened. These guys are great. Thanks for the great service.
