They came after I left for work and were done before I got home. They did a beautiful job, only found four nails that they missed, those were by the garage, none were found by the house. My only wish was that they had told me to cover everything in the garage because all kinds of roof crud got all over the inside of the garage. Very nice people to work with.

Inspector did a very nice job, provided pictures of problem areas, and did some repairs - caulking, nailed down some loose shingles. Asked for a bid on full roof replacement, which took several weeks to get. In the interim 2 other vendors came, inspected, and gave me bids. Sunset Ridge was significantly lower for the same materials, so much so that it made me think they mis-measured. Ended up going with someone local, but would contact them again if I ever need a new roof.

Great. These folks are extremely customer service oriented. They replaced a range hood exhaust fan vent cover on the roof a couple of years ago. Recently we had been experiencing some water coming through the vent as before the cover was replaced. I called them, explained the problem, and they promptly came out and corrected the problem. I had used them in the past for other issues, and they were wonderful, going above and beyond my expectations.

The inspection was very thorough and professional. Useful information. It took a while to get a written quote to have work done for the repairs and re-roofing, but eventually received quotes.

They went above and beyond to repair the flashing, and found loose roof nails, and also repaired other minor roofing issues. This was some of the best service I've seen from a roofing company. They were very professional, and I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

These guys were great. Showed up right on time, got up on the roof right away and started fixing the problems I had called about. They gave me an estimate for work that was outside the scope of the inspection, and weren't pushy at all about selling me a new roof or anything. I would absolutely hire them again or recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair work, but not an entirely new roof (most roofers won't bother coming out for minor repairs).

It went well, they got everything on very quickly, it only took a day and a half.

Keenan fixed what needed fixing and pointed out things for the future. Ryan had excellent advice on future work I desire. Very low sales pitch. They both were professional and knew their work.

It went well. He inspected and patched some weak spots in my roof. He gave me an honest assessment of my roof without pressuring me into a new roof. The siding will need to be ordered and he is working on an estimate.

They were able to get this job into their schedule much more quickly than I expected, and finished very quickly and efficiently. Workers were polite and helpful, answering all of my questions and leaving the site clean and tidy.

The work was done fast and efficiently. I was kept informed every step of the way. Everyone was very professional and courteous. My neighbors were treated with respect and courtesy. The cleanup was very thorough. I would definitely hire them again.

I thought it went well, until the job was complete and my gutter guards and down spouts were not replaced properly. I called and they came to correct it, but I had issues with my down spouts again so I called again.. they feel they do not need to correct because they did not install them.. but they removed them to install my roof.. they do not understand that. They made it clear I was not to call them again.. its to the point I don't feel comfortable calling them if something goes wrong with my roof. Their sales dept recently called me to ask if I had future projects for them and when I told my story they said they would have Matt or Mike get back to me.. that was a month ago, I am still waiting.

They did there job I guess. The bid was from $8000 to $20,000. They did well. I would say they were average. I would like to see the price a little less expensive, but it was average. I hate to say it, but we have been gone for like 2 weeks, so they responded, but we didn't. So, they responded,but we weren't around. I think they did well because they did the job. They did what they had to do.

For the most part, it went very well. The quality of their work was great! There were a couple of days were the punctuality was an issue. But, they are very professional and I would highly recommended their workmanship!

Excellent. I would hire again if I needed to replace my entire deck. The owner gave me suggestions as to how to clean, stain and paint the deck. It's so nice to feel good about a purchase when the outcome exceeds my expectations.

After my initial inspection, the owner of the company contacted me to discuss my concerns with the initial review that I had left. We spent time on the phone discussing and the owner personally came back out to my house and performed the inspection the way it should have been done. I was quite surprised to hear from the owner directly or have him do the work himself, but I am pleased with the results and would recommend Sunset Ridge Exteriors

It went wonderfully. I am very pleased with them. I liked that they were professional, no one was smoking or spitting off of my roof. They were friendly and made sure to let me know where they were working. They were complete gentlemen, every single one of them.

Did a great job. It probably wasn't worth their time, but they communicated well, and fixed the problem. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Company rep did a walkaround to inspect the upper half (siding) portion of the house only. Could not do a close-up inspection nor inspect the roof because of the time of year (winter) so the inspection will be completed when the weather iimproves.

Everything was smooth. From contacting, free estimate and financing. Michael was very professional and explained the process. True to his word, his crew finished our roof in 2 days and left our property clean. I also loved that they off 18 months 0% interest for their finance option. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.
