Description of Work: These guys were great - and very honest. They were able to determine water in garage not due to shoddy new roof of a few years ago (done by another company). They inspected the roof, and couldn't quite figure it out. It was decided to see after another major rain if there were leakages and willing to come out if necessary (at no additional costs unless beyond what coupon worth). Just as they were leaving one of the guys thought of one other thing to look at, and sure enough it was melting de-icing bag I had purchased prior winter to use on sidewalk. |Even though we had figured it out, a couple of weeks later after a major rainstorm, they called to check in. Above and beyond in my opinion, and if fact referred my neighbor to them. I hope she calls.

Description of Work: Sunset Ridge Exteriors is a great company. They seem to offer excellent quality exterior products and work at great prices. In my case, they gave me an estimate on a new roof. They stayed in close contact with me until the time of the estimate, and after, and answered all my questions. I ended up going with a different contractor who underbid them, but it was a difficult decision for me. Both bids were excellent.

Description of Work: Matt inspected a roof on one of my rental homes where we had leaking issues we couldn't resolve and suggested the best remedy, which involved re-roofing that area. The pricing he provided was a little higher than expected, but both he and his crew did an exemplary job and I would recommend them to anyone and plan to continue using them in the future. Great job!

Description of Work: Sunset Ridge Exteriors installed a metal roof on my single story ranch house. Matt and Michael, the co-owners, were very good to work with and the crew of installers were very professional at all times they were on site. While there was about a week's delay in final wrap-up of the project due to a mix-up by the local materials supplier, I was very satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the appearance of the roof and secure with the 50 year warranty provided.

Description of Work: They diagnosed and repaired some tiny openings in the roof that let water from melting snow leak through to the upper story ceilings.

Description of Work: Vendor came to house as scheduled. Did a superficial inspection. Said height was higher than the 32 feet his ad specified (actual height was about 25 feet), snapped some pictures and left with the promise he would get back to me. Never did!

Description of Work: Sunset Ridge provided two work teams. The first team replaced roofing and repaired gutters and roof lines and resealed a skylight. The second team replaced several doors and windows. Both teams were professional, courteous and cleaned up after their jobs. I have already called Sunset Ridge to schedule additional exterior work. They are the tops.
