Description of Work: Had the deck inspected. It's about 20 years old. He shored up the deck to the house making it more stable and replaced several steps that were broken. He also gave an estimate on the cost of replacing the deck. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Job was finally completed 3 week later, but Matt was good about keeping me informed of the situation. The work crew did an excellent job of cleaning the work - site daily.
Description of Work: New roof installed. No tear off needed. Removed disconnected satellite dish from roof. Re-attached 1 loose pieces of siding.
