have some issue with siding that inspector chose to ignore...inexperienced help throughout job...still picking up nails as soon as snow melts...did not nail into studs on one side of house. siding bulging behind garage... job took over 3 weeks and according to onsite workers it should have taken 1 week to 10days. they seem to have improved since my siding was put on, repaired errors in a timely manner....was told they no longer sub-contract to builder used on my house..thankfully...my ratings would be higher if an experienced sub-contracter was used initially.

Not real pleased with them. I was told that the job would be done in one day. At the end of day one it was nowhere near done. They didn't even have the old roof off. Also, had a big trailer parked in my drive so I couldn't even get my car in the garage. The price and quality of the product was just fine but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Three times they have scheduled with me to return and finish the trim. Each time they were a no show! The trim is a mess. I still have only paid half because the job was never finished. Very frustrating.I found screws all over my driveway and yard. I'm really glad I haven't had a flat tire yet.

Was told it would be done in a day, but it took 3 more hours the following day. It really wasn't their fault, ran into unexpected extra work from my previous roofing. They did reuse aluminum channel when it probably should have been replaced, where siding meets roof.

This roofing crew is the best I have ever dealt with. Hugo and his team are the most conscientious, hard working men I have met in a very long time. I would trust them to do work without supervision. The owners of the company do not think the way I do about money and value. Josh came to the house and talked about everything that was wrong and what all would be fixed and gave a price of $8400. My and my adult son's understanding was that this was all inclusive. We even asked if it was and were assured that the only thing not included was the soffit vent inserts but that they were very inexpensive "like $0.25 each" per Josh. I told them that I would have to get financing as we had just bought that house and the roof was supposed to have been new in 2010. I went to the office to fill out the forms and was approved for $9500. This would be ok as my husband and I had already budgeted the $8400 payments to pay off in the year without interest. The crew came, they did the tear off and started to reshingle the roof - I mentioned that they were supposed to be putting the vent inserts in and that there was no way they could reach it through the crawl sapce due to the way the roof is built. Hugo informed me that they would then have to tear off the Ice and Water Shield and lift the plywood to add these vents. This apparently set them back a few hours. They should have already known this as it was in the work order. When the roof was done, it was beautiful and I believe the crew did excellent work. However my $8400 estimate was now $9400. When I questioned Bonnie about it I was told "Oh don't worry you were approved for like $9700." I wasnt even sure what to say - having credit enough for the increase is one thing - but having them jack up the price in the end for something that was supposed to be included is not right. I would hire this company again but I would be certain to get everything in writing very EXPLICIT as to what is and is NOT included.

The owner and his wife were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The workers were prompt, careful, thorough, and cleaned the areas around the house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable company to replace their roof. Excellent job.

The owner was most helpful in getting this roofing job done and finished in a timely manner. The office girl was very helpful also. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof.

They were extremely talented and professional! This was a very large difficult roof and they worked very hard and measured every board and area so it was done right. It looks great. The roof was completed in the amount of days they said it would be and the tenants were not inconvenienced. All debris gone. I would say YES to anyone needing a roof done.

They provided a detailed quote, delivered materials on time, completed the job as promised, and the quality is great. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing and/or gutter replacements or new install.

My project is not completed yet, however, the estimate legacy gave me was fair. The prognosis legacy gave me about finishing my roof project was detailed and helpful. The legacy representative who came to my house was very knowledgable and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly.

The crew was great! They were efficient & polite. They even developed a custom hinged joint on the downspouts that was above & beyond my expectations. They also cleaned up the work area so well that I didn't have to lift a finger. Both of my neighbors have complimented how good the work was done & I'd be happy to recommend Legacy Exteriors.

Communication was not the best. There were delays and we were not informed. When that was straightened out, everything went well. We were very happy with the quality of work.
