Legacy installed LP siding on our home and a new gutter system. Looks wonderful! Excellent job and very professional!

Legacy Exteriors was great. They did a great job from proposal to the finish. They kept in regular contact throughout the project once the work got started. It looks amazing and the neighbors have all made a point to stop by and say how amazing the house looks after the transformation.

They were professional and very friendly. Some of the things that are probably happening with them as well as others is waiting for material and very busy. Some days more workers some days less because of the amount of jobs or work. Not sure that isn't a product of the times we are living in. Overall we are pleased and thank the workers for their skill, professionalism and helping with any concerns.

Legacy contracted the work with Pleasant View Construction of Stoughton. They did great work, completed the entire siding, soffients and wrapped windows in a little over a week. They were here every day and sometimes worked to 6 at night. Again, the quality of work was excellent.

Had to wait about 5 week for them to start, but understandable considering the industry. Once on site, work progressed quickly. Small crew, but worked long hours. Answered all my questions. Cleaned up every day. I would use them again.

They are good at roofing and gutters.

They were great! Did what they said they would, earlier than we expected, and cleaned up pretty well all at a very reasonable price. The gutters are also really nice!

I had them look at our roof as I was unsure about if it needed replacement. He was so honest and it turned out we only needed some flashing work. We'll for sure use them when the roof needs replacement!

Their employees are fantastic. They braved the weather to make sure the job was done in a timely fashion.

I was told it would take 1 day to install my 6 new windows, they would install them from the outside so they would not disturb my interior Colonial oak wood trim that I really liked. It took 4 days for most of it. Today. 6 months later they are still supposed to caulk some spots outside. I will do it just like a lot of the other things I had to fix because I know they will never finish it. The first thing they did was tear off all my Colonial oak trim that they said they would not touch. Then they cut out the windows from inside my house, {not outside like I was told) w/o putting a covering on my floor, I had to go over and shut the heat vents to keep them from getting filed up. They put the 1st window in flush w/ the inside of the house instead of flush w/ the outside of the house creating a ledge outside my house to catch all the snow. Sleet etc. I had to stop them and have them reinstall it flush with the outside. They used 1x4 in, boards for the inside trim. A 1x4in board is 3.5 in, they measured 3.75 in. leaving a .25 in. the gap between the window and the trim. When I asked them about the gap they said they would caulk it. (Inside wood trim) I said no you are not caulking the finished wood trim on the inside of my house. So they ended up putting .5 in. corner trim to make up the gap. They brought in a shop vac to clean up. It was full of drywall dust. When they turned it on, my 1st floor was a cloud of drywall dust from their previous job. I had to tell them to stop. They put a filter in it and went to my 2nd floor; the filter blew up all over my 2nd floor creating a mess in all 3 bedrooms, the hall and the stairwell. They ended up using my shop vac the 1st 2 days. I had to point out to them where they did not foam insulate multiple sides of multiple windows. They put a knee imprint in my drywall under my picture window in my living room. Then they caught a staple w/ their saw and tor the drywall between my kitchen window and counter. I had to repair both of those. My wife and I had to clean up the 1st and 2nd-floor messes. Two windows were ordered as inserts, I thought I was getting 6 full windows. My work order said I was getting Simonton 5500 series windows, They showed up w/ Norandex perfection platinum windows? As far as I know, different windows. The 2 inserts were supposed to be mounted inside the existing framework. They cut out all of the existing frameworks leaving a 2-3 in. gap all the way around the insert that had to be made up inside & out. The glass was loose from the vinyl 0n one of the window sashes, the rep ordered a replacement, said it would take 2-4 weeks. It was ready in 2 weeks. It took them 6 weeks to get it to me after many phone calls. They were supposed to install it. They just dumped it on my front porch and ran off, no knock or doorbell ring. I have pictures to show all of this. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. The rating I gave them is the lowest one they will allow or it would be lower. I would not recommend this company to anybody. This was my worst construction experience of my life; I hope nobody has an experience like mine. They gave me a piece of paper saying I have a lifetime warranty covering all labor and workmanship, obviously this does not mean a lot.

Cannot suggest using them. We hired the company to replace our roof and they ended up doing significant damage to our gutters. I will give them full credit they did replace the most damaged portion of gutter as well as reimbursing for other damages done to our property. However, the damages never should of happened and were easily avoidable with some common sense. The sloppiness of the entire job has me worried about the roof in its entirety.

A fantastic company. I interviewed 4 companies for the project. I hired Legacy Exteriors for a number of reasons, starting with their sales rep Brock. Brock did a better job than the other reps did explaining what Legacy Exteriors would do and how they would do it. He also did a better job asking questions to identify and understand our concerns, so he could address them in the context of what Legacy Exteriors does when replacing a roof. The contract Brock provided was easy to understand and provided the level of detail I often require to avoid confusion. I requested and got some changes made to the contact, to reflect items I had discussed with Brock, but that were not included in the first contract we received. Legacy Exteriors A+ rating with the BBB, the positive reviews on the Home Advisor website, as well as the fact that they were only 1 of 2 companies I interviewed that are also members of the GAF Master Elite installers group were all big pluses and additional reasons to hire Legacy Exteriors. In addition to all these things, during the interviews Brock was the only rep who asked what we consider to be a critically important cost question. Once the project started, the team was very professional and did everything they were supposed to do. A day or two after the roof was installed, John the project manager stopped by to discuss the project, and to let us know that he would be doing a walk around our house with a metal detector to find nails, etc that the crew might have missed. I am totally satisfied with the work Legacy Exteriors did and their people. I am equally glad that we hired them.
