Description of Work: Lack of communication between installers, salesman and company owner. Two weeks late on install and did not install the way we requested. They did give us a 10 percent discount for their failures.

Description of Work: We contracted with Walgenmeyer for tile in 3 bedrooms and hall, tile in laundry room and main bath, backsplash in kitchen and tile surround for the fireplace. All services were performed as contracted for. Estimate was competitive and they did not exceed estimate. All service people (tile installer, carpet installers) were all very pleasant and professional. We were very pleased with the high level of service and the numerous choices available. Their guidance was very helpful. I not only would use them again, I would recommend them to friends and clients.
