We were very impressed with their thoroughness and quite satisfied with the results. Furthermore, they arrived on time and acted professionally while inside the house.

Again,the service was done well, my big concern is about a comment made alluding to how I let things pile up. That didn't sit well with me as I knew that I needed help and certainly not judgement !! Especially since this is the business they specialize in.

Staff showed up and cleaned, did a decent job and were professional.

The date above is the date we set up for service. It was to clean out my garage. I took a day off of work and when they did not show, I checked my email. They had sent an email stating they lost some workers and could not provide the service that day. We could not come up with another date in that time frame and I had another service clean my garage. I am unsure of the number as I am no longer an Angie's list member.

They were mostly unresponsive. We heard from them one time, and told us they were busy for 3 months. But I never heard from them again.

Overall the cleaning was pretty good. We paid for two people to clean for four hours each and I think we were hoping that the cleaning might be a little more thorough. On the advertisement it suggested that they also might be able to clean the garage and refrigerator which did not happen due to not having enough time we were told.

They were quick to respond to my phone call. An appointment was made for the time I requested. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. They did an excellent job on both of the premises and I would hire them again.

They were to do a home deep clean. I believe I purchased 8 or nine hours of cleaning. Two workers came, arrived late, and spent three hours- much less than the total amount purchased. They cleaned a small part of the house. A few areas were done pretty thoroughly but nothing seemed expert about it. They were nice people, but the work was not good enough to ask them back. (I am uncertain of the exact cost and the exact date of the service, so those are approximations.)

I gave this provider an overall rating of "Fair" which is being generous. I have no idea what the quality is of the service provided because I received no response to my requests to set up an appointment until about a month after the deal expired. The explanation I received is that the owner suffered a personal tragedy. I understand that tragedies in life happen, and she has my sympathies, but if you expect to run a business you have to make arrangements to have someone else contact clients who've already pre-paid for your services to tell them that it will no longer be available. I shouldn't have been hanging, wondering what's going on, and never getting any response. I did get refunded via Angie's List, but it was stressful to have to find another cleaning service in the timeline I needed services performed (it was a move-out clean) before getting refunded, which was extra money out of my pocket.

They're okay. They're not really, really excellent, but they do a pretty nice job overall! We did use them for a six-month contract, and then we actually signed up for another year. They come every two weeks or every other week.

I purchased a Big Deal for $99 that was for 4 hours of deep house cleaning. An initial appointment was made for December 26. I even checked with the company when they suggested that day since it's the day after Christmas and I thought their staff might be on vacation. I was assured that wasn't the case and 12/26 was a good day. On the very early morning (7am!) on December 26, the company called me to cancel the appointment. We reschedule for later that week. A team of 4 very friendly staff came for my appointment--this was a surprise. But a good once since they only had to be at my house for 1 hour (4 staff x 1 hour each=4 hours of cleaning). The Big Deal was specifically for a "deep cleaning", so that's what I was expecting. But unfortunately not how my small house (<800sf) was cleaned. For example, base boards where dusted, but not the lamp cords that were on the floor next to the base boards. And juice drips were still on my refrigerator that I had to clean after, even though I specifically asked for my appliances to be cleaned. Since there were 4 people in my house, I stayed downstairs and out of the way while they were cleaning--and therefore did not observe most of the cleaning, or critique it while they were still at my house. In the future, I would definitely be more present and active in observing their work. I had also purchased a Big Deal deep cleaning for my mom. And based on my experience, that's exactly what she did. She had the team (of 2) do more specific projects vs a full house cleaning (like usng orange oil to polish all her wood base boards and cabinets). And because she gave more specific instructions and feedback, she was very happy with their cleaning.

I purchased the Big Deal through AngiesList.com, I scheduled an appointment through The Dirt Destroyers Cleaning Service LLC online scheduler. I recieved a confirmation of my appointment. I was scheduled for July 8, 2013. When they did not arrive I called and sent an email but never heard anything back. I have called several times, left several voicemails, I have even emailed 3 different email address in an attempt to get in contact with The Dirt Destroyers Cleaning Service LLC. I also sent an email through there Linkedin profile, but was never received a call back. I have used them before and the service was great, but not sure if there are even in business still since they have not returned my calls or emails. Not sure if they still service the Milwaukee area or not. Not happy at all with my experience.

I was very pleased with the quality of work. They were very professional and even cleaned an extra area for me.

It's been three weeks, they still have not returned my call to set up an appointment with the Angie's List Deal I purchased.

It was a very warm day and it was humid. The two women were punctual, industrious, cheerful and moved quickly. My entire 2 car garage with shelves on both sides was very clean and well-organized in the 2 1/2 hours. I was very pleased to have help with this project. I believe that there were about 25 trash bags by the time they finished. I WOULD RECOMMEND DIRT DESTROYERS TO ANYONE. I PLAN TO HIRE THEM TO HELP ME ORGANIZE AND CLEAN MY BASEMENT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Best advise is to be at the home when they are clearning to make certain that everything you want them to complete has been completed. For example, microwave not cleaned inside. Forgot stairwell or fans to dust. Dry mopping always an issue. Had to continualy ask that this be completed.

I tried multiple times to contact them via the phone number given to me within the Groupon. I have yet to have someone call me back. I have requested a refund. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only person experiencing this.

I was very pleased over all with quality and reasonableness of service except twice when there were new untrained workers. The last service a woman used oven cleaner on my self cleaning oven and it dripped on my wood floor, ruining the finish. So I dropped the service. The owner is very hard working and easy to deal with if you can have a regular cleaning group that you Like.

Something is going on with this business and it doesn't appear to be good. We also purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for $99 for cleanout and organization of garage. The provider has not returned our phone calls OR email to schedule the work. I will be requesting a full refund from Angie's list.

I have had several oneway interactions with The Dirt Destroyers Cleaning Service LLC. They are horrible, I haven't even been able to get them to my house and it has been 7 months, they are just not responding to my calls or emails. I tried to use their online form to try and communicate with them as well. I sent them an email saying that I am home on Friday so we picked a day and scheduled it, they came that morning and cancelled and they told me that somebody in their crew was in a car accident and so they weren't going to be able to make it, so then I told them to call me back to reschedule and I didn't hear from them. I sent them emails to say that I hadn't heard back and I need to schedule and they didn't get back to me and finally they call me and asked me if I had gone online to reschedule it and I said no I had never gone online to schedule it and again he never called me back. I then went onto the site and rescheduled and they cancelled it again the night before, so they cancelled twice and have not returned my emails or calls for several months now. It has been a nightmare and I can't belive they are still in business. When I called them, I told them that the coupon was expiring and they still didn't get back to me. They lack communication and responsiveness.
