We are currently using them. They do a very good job. They definitely excel in professionalism. We will continue to use them in the future.

They did a good job. They came on Christmas Eve morning to do the work. I let them in and left. When I looked at it, it was cleaner than it had ever been. The price was unbelievable. They were there a little early so they were prompt.

They do a very good job and it's not all that expensive. They are reliable and I would highly recommend them! The owner is intensely involved with every aspect of the cleaning process.

I gave Kortney and Nagee a list of what I wanted done so that there would be no confusion.They were very efficient and quiet. They did a great job cleaning out my refrigerator and did a great job cleaning my stairs and railings. They even did my windows! MY bathrooms look great and they even did my heat vents on the floor. Everything is clean and fresh and smells wonderful! They were very nice and polite too. I purchased the big deal coupon and it was well worth the money!!

I found them on Angies list. They sent two workers out who cleaned for three hours. They did good work but I had to point out some things to them. They worked very hard, and it was well worth the money.

Bought a new home and was looking for a cleaning company to spruce it up a bit prior to moving in. The Angie's List special price was great, however I rated it as a D because I felt I the service wasn't even worth 10% of what I paid. In addition to the lack of service listed above: 1. I scheduled the appointment for 9 am on 11/25/11. Received a call 2 days saying that they needed to reschedule and the only time on that day was 5 AM (!). However, we did work it out and they ended up coming at 3 pm that day. On a positive note, they were on time. 2. Professionalism was terrible! The 2 employees they sent were bickering between each other as soon as they walked in the door and it continued throughout the 3 hours (except when in different rooms, of course). In conclusion, this was definitely not a 'DEEP' cleaning nor a professional cleaning. For a professional cleaning company I expected a lot more. The services they performed I could have done by myself in 1/3 of the time. I know that finding an efficient, trustworthy cleaning company is a chore in itself but I strongly suggest not testing this one out.

Two women from team #1 came to my house and using their own supplies and vacuums cleaned my kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. They were here 4 hours and did a fine job. I had purchased a deal through Angie's list so the cleaning was at a real bargain price. They got what I wanted done in less than 4 hours so they did my laundry room area in the remaining time.

I chose Dirt Destroyers because they had good ratings. They were actually very good with cleaning our floors. We noticed they were the most expensive out of the ones we researched, so we decided to try them out. We set up for monthly cleaning. A month later, Dirt Destroyers called us and said we had an outstanding bill. They told us we signed a contract. The customer service representative was rude to me. Their cleaning was great. It was just the attitude they had, that we decided to go with someone else. So, we found somebody that cleans in our neighborhood.

It took three weeks to get an appointment scheduled. The original appointment was set up for early December. They did not show up or call. I had to call them to find out what happened. I rescheduled the appointment for mid-December. Again, they did not show up or call. Again, I had to call them to find out what happened. I rescheduled for the third time for January 13. They did not show up or call, and I had to call them to find out what happened. For these three no call/no shows, excuses included bad weather caused by a little snow and their scheduler messing up. Giving them the benefit of a doubt, I rescheduled the appointment for today. They failed to show up for appointment again, and I cannot get in touch with them when I call because no one answers and their voicemail box is full.

It was a horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone! I actually have had friends ask how it went wanting to hire someone and I told them DON'T hire these people! I try to give people the benefit of the doubt when they were late, but with no apology when they got there and when they left they mentioned something about how their scheduling system is all messed up with having to come to Milwaukee, I knew for sure I would never use them again!

I took advantage of a deal on Angie's list. I hired Dirt Destroyer's some time before Thanksgiving 2011. A two person team arrived a little later than expected. They got to work quickly and were very professional. I have been hesitant to hire a cleaning service before because things can get broken or they just don't seem to do a very good job, but Dirt Destroyers did a fantastic job and I woul dhire them again for sure!

This was my first time hiring house cleaning, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I scheduled my appointment using their on-line tool a month or so in advance. Someone from the company called me about a week before the appointment to confirm and changed the time by about an hour, which was fine with me. The day of the appointment, two people arrived about 5 minutes late (which is on time by my definition). Introduced themselves and asked a few questions about what I wanted them to clean. They started with the bathroom at my request. It needed a lot of "attention", so it did take them some time, but they did an excellent job. With the remaining time, one worked on the living room and the other worked on the kitchen. They cleaned for 3 hours as agreed. They were professional, respectful of my belongings, and did a great job. I had a coupon for 1/2 price, so it was a bargain for me. I would definitely do it again.

I purchased the services of this company through Angie's List Big Deals on November 12, 2011. It was for 6 hours of deep cleaning "for the holidays." At first, the company did not respond at all to my request to schedule. Finally, in December they scheduled me, without my input, for New Years' Eve. I couldn't believe it. I told them this was completely unacceptable since I had house guests and it was a special night. They said I could go online to schedule. I did so but then they called me to ask if I was canceling my services for January 7. They had again scheduled me without telling me. I said January 7 would not work but I scheduled for January 23 at 5:30. On January 23, at approximately 11:15 am, they sent me a message canceling. It turns out they are based in Madison and only work in Milwaukee on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Today, when they canceled they said it was because the appointment before mine canceled. They want me to reschedule. I want my money back. This company is completely unprofessional in their dealings with clients. I do not want to trust them to clean my house.

Terrible. We had an absolutely terrible experience with the Dirt Destroyers and would not recommend them or ever use them again. Highlights of our experience: *Jackie and I corresponded via e-mail and he responded to my initial inquiry and timeline very quickly. They fit us in on short notice before our move. *However, they did not make the appointment they set. The 2 person team sent to our house was 3 hours late and we had to turn them away because we had painting to complete during the evening. They rescheduled for later in the week. *Nothing about my kitchen or floors was actually deep cleaned. My fridge and oven were not cleaned. I doubt the floors were cleaned. None of my special requests (dusting on top of cabinets, etc) were completed. I suspect they were never communicated to the team at all. Given that the appliances were specifically mentioned in the Big Deal, it was really surprising that they weren't done. There is no way that anyone invested even half of the promised 6 hours of cleaning time into our home. *To Jackie's credit, he offered to make it right and sent someone back to clean again the next day. The floors and kitchen looked much better. *One bottle of our cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels were missing from our house after the second visit. Jackie took 2 days to respond to my e-mail about it going missing but did say he would return it within a "day or two." It took nearly a week for the bottle to appear on my porch one day. *I received a direct phone call from one of Jackie's employees at 9:30 PM on a Friday evening after the second cleaning, inquiring as to whether we were satisfied with the job. I called her back the next Monday and told her it was much better and asked about the missing supplies. She said I'd have to talk to Jackie about the missing supplies. The whole conversation was very strange, but not as strange as when she called me back minutes later and said someone from the office had called her to chew her out for talking to me (I had e-mailed them after our first phone conversation to inquire about the supplies and mentioned that the employee said I should contact the main office directly) and begged me not to tell them that we had the conversation. She said she was no longer with the company. It was all very uncomfortable and I was quite unhappy to have stepped into the middle of some sort of drama. In short, I had high hopes for this experience, given that they sell Big Deals on Angie's List and the initial communication was prompt and accommodating. Unfortunately, communication seems to be a huge problem among their staff and the work they did was subpar, to say nothing of items going missing from my house. I'd really encourage Angie's List to not peddle Big Deals from Dirt Destroyers anymore.

VERY much worth the cost, even though the team did not show up to clean on the day that they were supposed to. The management/ company could do with better organization, however, the cleaners were FANTASTIC, very hard working, and the end product was worth every penny. I would definitely buy this deal again.

I purchased a Big Deal for $99 Deep Holiday Housecleaning with The Dirt Destroyers. I called twice around mid-November to schedule the service. I finally got an email saying that someone would be contacting me re. when they'd be in my area. After I didn't hear anything for another week, I tried to call again and just got voicemail. I then went to their site and scheduled an appointment online for Dec. 9. On Dec. 8 I got a message from Jackie that he noticed I had booked an appt for the next day, but they weren't going to be in my area on Dec. 9 (then why does their online booking system allow me to make an appt for that day?). He then said something like, "But we will be in your area... let me get my calendar...", then the call disconnected. He didn't call back, send any email, anything. I called twice after that and still did not receive a return call. I finally contacted Angie's List to see if they could help me get a response. It was only after Angie's List stepped in that I got a call back. Jackie said that if I wanted the service done before the holidays, the only time available was 5:30 a.m. on Mon. Dec. 19. I took the appt and set my alarm to get up at 5:30 a.m. on Monday to let them in. They called at 6:15 to say that they'd be there in 20-25 minutes. When my husband said, "You were scheduled to be here at 5:30, correct?," the response was, "Well, between the hours of 5:30 and 6:30." Jackie didn't say anything about this window - the time I was given over the phone was 5:30 a.m., and the confirmation email I got the day before said 5:15. They showed up a little after 7:00, 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled start and 30 minutes after they said they'd be there when they called. She did say the GPS led them astray. The cleaning staff was friendly enough, but the job wasn't very good. Whatever they used on the granite left a film, so I had to clean it after them. They didn't bother to move anything out of the way, e.g. my purse, a pair of shoes, an empty laundry basket (light things), when they vacuumed, so there are spots on the floor that were not cleaned. If they dusted, it wasn't very effective - I still see dust and it doesn't appear that anything was moved to dust the entire top of the end table, console, etc. They were on their way out the door when I asked if they vacuumed the cushions on the couches. They hadn't. One of the workers came back and did the one in the living room. I reminded him there was a loveseat upstairs. Before they left I asked if they had done the furniture in the family room. He said it was done. After they left I saw that he didn't do it. They also didn't vacuum any of the bedding, so there's still cat hair on the surface of the beds. They said they take the trash out, and they did, but they missed 2 out of 4 trash cans upstairs. They were done in about 2 hours, which would be fine/good if they did a good job, but I got the feeling that they were hurrying to move on since they were already 1 1/2 hours behind for the day by the time they started on our house 1 1/2 hours late. We just moved here, and in our old house we had a woman who cleaned our whole house for $120 and did a MUCH better job. $99 for a "deep" cleaning doesn't seem like such a good deal now that I've seen their work, and the frustration of trying to get a response to schedule an appt just isn't worth it. I wouldn't use them again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. UPDATE re. response below: NONE of what he says below is true. I was not given a 2-hour time slot - I was told "at 5:30 a.m." I did not insist that they fit me in - I was given the option of 5:30 a.m. on Monday or two weeks after the holidays. Since this was a "Holiday DEEP CLEANING" and I wanted it done before the holidays, I took the 5:30 a.m. appointment. "The best (you) could do in the allotted time" was not very good. I have not received ANY follow up calls offering to work something out - I have heard nothing from The Dirt Destroyers, other than the response below, since the day the cleaning was done.

I emailed them on 11/9 and asked for them to contact me to schedule an appointment. I needed the work to be done before the middle of December. They never called me back. I resent the email again towards the end of November, plus and additional note that I really needed them to contact me. Still no call. I have decided to just cancel the deal.

Two gentlemen traveled 90 miles to clean 3 family homes. They were an hour late, which isn't surprising considering the distance. I am not sure that they spent the full 2 hours at each home....perhaps 15 minutes less at each location. But they did do a great job at each home. The bathrooms really sparkled. It was great to have the entire house fresh and clean. They were friendly and polite.I would suggest that you have a list if there are specific items that you want completed. They were very cooperative when I asked specific tasks.be completed I would definitely ask them to return.

To be honest, I did not want to review this provider because my experience was so poor. The cleaning aspect was OK, once the crew finally finished (although I've been finding places in one of my bedrooms where they didn't sweep and mop the floors, remove dust, etc.). I realize that the big deal offered must have gotten a big response, so I kept wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, there were lots of problems--enough that I actually cancelled before they actually arrived: (1) They were hours late for the first appointment, without calling me to let me know for at least an hour; still, Jackie finally cancelled because the crew couldn't find their way to my house. (2) The crew was two or more hours late for the second appt. before Jackie finally called me (he had called me when they were about an hour late, but the phone disconnected when I picked up and he ignored my subsequent messages). When I finally spoke with him, he told me he had been trying to get in touch with me for days but I wasn't picking up. That's when I lost patience with him--I'd been calling and leaving him messages that he never responded to; additionally, I have a cell phone with caller ID! He had not been calling! He finally called me back again (a third time, after I'd already called Angie's List member services to cancel the big deal) to tell me the crew was on their way and that they were sending three people and could get the cleaning done more quickly. I finally said OK, called back member services, and made arrangements to sign back up for the big deal. (3) An hour later, the crew finally showed up. Unfortunately, they locked the keys in the van; I called AAA to open the van (I didn't have a wire hanger) & provided them with cleaning supplies so they could get started until the van was open (after about 45 minutes). I'm surprised that the crew could even get it together to get anything done, but they did. The kitchen counters and floors were especially nice, but, as I said, I've been finding pockets upstairs that weren't even touched. The big deal was OK as an experiment, but I'll choose another cleaning service if I decide to have this done on a regular basis.

Had to reschedule once due to employee health emergency - very accomodating in rescheduling. 3 workers arrived and did great job doing above in 2 hours (so 6 hours total)

1. Too many people for the detailed work I requested. I spent 2 days taking stuff out of my cabinets and refrigerator and putting it in boxes prior to the arrival of the cleaning crew. On the day of the service, four people showed up to work at 5:30 pm. Jackie, Germaine, and 2 women whose names I didn't quite catch. I didn't expect that many people to work in one room. 2. Poor communication and or understanding of what I expected. I explained again that I needed cabinets, refrigerator and floors cleaned thoroughly. I said if there was time they could clean the half-bath and mudroom, too. I still had things in some of the cabinets and told Jackie that I would continue to work to move stuff out of their way. He told me just relax, they would take care of it themselves. So I got out of the kitchen but stayed in the next room in case there were questions. I tried to be attentive but I didn't stay in the kitchen and watch them working. It seemed that everyone was busy and working. I checked in to see how it was going and I saw Jackie cleaning my oven with oven cleaner. I didn't want the oven cleaned because I have a self-cleaning oven and chemicals are not supposed to be used in it. At about 7 pm they were packing up to leave. (Four people for 90 minutes is six hours of cleaning, too). 3. No final inspection of work done. Before they left, Jackie spoke to me and said the floors were wet so we couldn't walk through the kitchen. The work was already paid for so they left. A few minutes later, I looked around and noticed that there were some cleaning products left behind. I called Jackie right away to tell him. They returned and he sent one of the women in to collect them. 4. Poor cleaning results. By then I had time to see that the refrigerator wasn't cleaned well. Since this woman had cleaned it, I showed her the problems but she made no reply. So I wondered if she understood me. I continued to find work that was not done very well inside the cupboards and on the floors. Basically, dirt in the cabinets. They may have swept them out but didn't wash them. I have re-cleaned everything myself.

They did a fabulous job. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs that live in the house with us so there is a lot of hair around. By the time they were done you couldn't even tell we had animals. They vacuumed my furniture and did the base boards and the house looked beautiful! I would recommend the Dirt Destroyers to everyone,

Went well, they were punctual at responding to my questions, they came on time and did a very thorough cleaning job! Impressive!
