Overall, they did a nice job. The house was in need of deep cleaning and they were great with moving furniture to clean baseboards and under furniture. A few items were missed (front window and kitchen cabinet fronts) but overall they did a great job.

I thought the $179 was for 9 hours if needed. I definitely could have used the whole 9 hours, but was given 3 people for 2 hours which came out to be approximately 6 hours. However, they did stay about 10- 15 minutes past the two hours they had told me. There were many items that they simply could not get to because, not enough time was allotted.

They have cancelled an appointment several times. I requested a refund for this service.

I didn't have a great experience as the lower windows weren't washed. Overall I think they're a good company and liked the work they did.

I have had 3 different appointments with The Dirt Destroyers and each one has been cancelled. I waited for them on my last appointment date which was 11/12 only to find out that they e-mailed me that they were understaffed and couldn't make it. I left a message and e-mailed them and I received a return e-mail from on 11/17 apologizing.

Jesse, the person answering the phone, said they were having trouble getting people to hire. The last time I called, I suggested that they just return my $99 and we'd call it even. No response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...AT LEAST FOR NOW.

They did a good job when they came out. However, they were supposed to come out again for a second visit and never did.

Horrible! Never use Angie's List or this cleaning service.

I bought a discounted coupon to use the services but have been unable to get an appointment. I have left 3 messages and 2 emails with no response over a 3-4 week period. This has been very frustrating and if I don't get a call this week, am going to ask for my money back.

They arrive on time and they got to work right away. I did have to remind them to clean the stove and the microwave. I also had to remind them to clean the windows and the tracks for all windows and the patio door. What was done, was done well.

They are very clean and efficient. The floors and all of the trim were spotless and I have 2 cats and 2 dogs so there is a lot of hair. They did a very good job and I would recommend them to anyone.

It was fine. We got them to come out after a couple scheduling problems but they did come by and did an okay job.

Had set up a date by phone with Jackie to have our house cleaned after our remodel would be completed. Had to call the Friday before to ask if they could clean one day later as the remodel was a day behind. Without responding to me Jackie canceled my my date then gave it to another customer. When I didn't hear from him I called him again. We agreed he'd try to get my date back or clean some other time. Did not hear from him that day, even though I called him three more times. Finally I called and left a message to forget the whole thing if he couldn't make the original date. Haven't heard a word since the message. Very disappointing for me. Guess his business is booming.

I was able to schedule on - line which was nice. Hard working friendly employees.

Answered after more than a month of originally contacting them. Then they rescheduled as one of their workers had broken their hand. So eventually then job was done more than 2 months after contacting them. Left some areas near the ceiling with cobwebs. Their website stated that they haul away the junk also. But they did not.

My son called and scheduled a cleaning. They never showed up. I left a voice message, then 3 hours later left another and then sent an email to get a response. The gentleman said he remembered speaking with my son but didn't know how my cleaning didn't get scheduled. I rescheduled for the following week. No one showed up again! I left another voice message. When I got to work, they had sent me an email at 7pm the night before indicating their staff was out sick. They never called me personally to confirm the cancellation even though they had my cell number - extremely unprofessional and rude. Twice I had rearranged my work schedule to accommodate them and twice they were a no-show. When I was finally contacted, the man was just plain rude and basically whined that he had no control over sick employees - I agreed, but he should have spoken with me directly. When he offered to reschedule, I said no thanks to which I was rudely informed that they had a long waiting list for their services and I should be grateful they tried to squeeze me in.

They did a great job. I would highly recommend.

They were supposed to come three days ago at 12:30. I was here at 12:32 and no one showed up. No one has called or emailed. I have called and left several messages and I haven’t heard from them.

I bought the special on Angie's list, and then called to set up an appointment for the week before I hosted a family reunion. The owner seemed to be overwhelmed with clients, which is good, but said that he would do his best to accomodate me. He did set up an appointment for 3:30 the Thursday before the reunion, which was also the day my houseguests were to arrive. I thought that I would have a 3 person team for 3 hours, which would have the cleaning finished as my guests arrived. In fact, I had a 2 person team who arrived shortly after 5:00, which would put the end of the tasks at around 9:30 pm. They had apparently been on the job since around 5:30 am,, and had a return trip of about 2 hours. They were both hard workers, did more than asked, but because of the late arrival, smaller team, and my fears for their alertness while driving back I did not receive all of the cleaning tasks that I had wanted. I sent them home around 8:15. This was my call, but since my guests had already been there for an hour or two and it was getting late I thought it was the best decision.

If I get my money returned, I will very be happy.

The price was great and they were pleasant and professional, but the cleaning itself was only OK. They missed a number of spots that I didn't catch until after they left. They did a great job on the bathrooms, but missed cobwebs on the walls and didn't dust off the window sills. But for the price, it was adequate.

I will be continuing their services beyond the end of the deal, as the pricing is beyond reasonable, and they do excellent work. My home is always clean, they make note of any particular special requests I have, including using specific cleaning products, as I needed for newly re-finished floors. They are always punctual, and Jackie is very responsive on both the phone and via email, making re-scheduling a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Dirt Destroyers to any potential clients.

There were two people that arrived to clean and organize the inside of the garage. The women was a hard worker! Very polite. The gentlemen that came with didn't seem to want to work!! The floor was cleaned and looked great. As far as organization goes it wasn't completed. The shelves were not organized and I couldn't tell if anything had been touched or organized.

I bought the 6 hr. Deep Cleaning special last Fall. After 3 changed appointments, (which Jackie cancelled on the morning the cleaners were due to arrive) finally, two men instead of two women, as requested, arrived and worked for 2 instead of 3 hours. I had especially requested that the windows be washed. That was not done. After several emails and phone messages, a final hour was finally scheduled and the work was completed in July. I was surprised and disappointed at the difficulties in scheduling after reading the positive reviews. The work was well done, but the process of getting it done was frustrating.
