Description of Work: I attempted to schedule a cleaning appointment. First I e-mailed a request. When no reply I telephoned and left a message. No Reply.

Description of Work: We bought the deal in July, and scheduled the appointment using their online calendar system for May 11, 2013. I called two to three days before the scheduled appointment to confirm arrangements and did not receive a response. On the day of the appointment, the company failed to show. I called and left a message asking them to all back. They didn't. I also sent them two emails asking them to reply and reschedule or give us a refund. I received no reply.

Description of Work: The service provider would not return any of my calls or emails. I attempted to contact them several times for almost a year.

Description of Work: This was a half price promotion, for two workers working two hours. Their work was satisfactory but I found a few places they missed. Their regular price is hiigher than I want to spend.

Description of Work: couldn't reach a person and when i did get something scheduled they called me back the next day to cancel because he wasn't aware someone would be on vacation. next avaialble date was significantly later (weeks). very inconvenient. I never called back

Description of Work: I got reasonably prompt responses from the company. I contacted them about two weeks prior to the expiration of the deal to request an extension, which they agreed to allow. Recently when I tried to schedule the service the provider responded with an e-mail indicating they were booked through July and that I should request a refund.

Description of Work: I tried contacting the Provider by email and all phone numbers I could find. I haven't received any response. Two of the phone numbers did not indicate the name of the business or have voice mail associated. It seems that they may have gone out of business.

Description of Work: I purchased this service for my daughter after first calling their office to make sure she lives in their service area. Jackie was pleasant and responsive. Our daughter went online to schedule with the earliest date she could get being in February (a 4 month wait). The date arrives and no service, no cancellation, no explanation. Emails and calls have not been returned (their voice-mailbox is full). She went online again with the earliest date for cleaning being in July. I communicated this situation to Angie's List and was offered assistance with the vendor or a refund. I'm choosing the refund.

Description of Work: We never received services from Dirt Destroyers. The appointment was scheduled, but early on the day of expected service, the appointment was cancelled as "so many people called in sick". Although we were told that the company was trying to hire people for the job, we were not called back. We asked for a refund at this point, and received it promptly.

Description of Work: Very thorough cleaning service performed by courteous individuals. My only hesitation had to do with their scheduling process and how they communicate regarding that schedule. I scheduled on-line, which seems like a convenient way to do it, however, that appointment was rescheduled (by sending me an e-mail notice) several times prior to it actually getting done. Once it was done, we were completely satisfied with the work that they did and the way in which they did it.

Description of Work: Unable to review--company contacted me once to set up date and time. The date and time given to me required me to change dates and times of meetings and appointments but I was able to do so. The morning that the appt was to happen I was left a message on my answering machine stating that they would call to reschedule-that some difficulties with personnel had occurred. To this date, I have not heard back from the company so I am unable to fully review their work.

Description of Work: bought coupon last year hoping to start the process of deep cleaning my home after yearsof abuse by generation X kids and their giant dogs, but never could get it started. Noticed coupon was getting close to expiration and so phoned. Owner explained the coupon had really been effective and they were booked solid but he offered to schedule me way out..past the expiration date in order to honor the coupon. Fast forward to Sept...Jaime and Kareem were at my door 15 min early!! on the scheduled day. I totally appreciated Jaime's positive energy and comment on "how happy they were to be there to help me with my cleaning"; Kareem worked quietly in another area while Jaime began to tackle the primary living area. They both worked consistently for the allotted 3 hours and my main living area was clean, fresh and amazingly clear of clutter. I have been trying to maintain and continue the momentum but recognize it is a process and so have rescheduled to tackle the next area.
