I hired Mildred's team to do a deep cleaning in an old house before relatives arrived for a visit. The team of three people cleaned the kitchen, dining room, living room and half-bath on the first floor. They also shampooed the carpet in the living room and the dining room. They cleaned a full-bath, a hallway, and a bedroom on the second floor.

It went extremely well from the moment they started until they finished. The kitchen looks new again as we had purchased stainless steel appliances 3 months previously and they were finger print magnets. The blinds were cleaned having lots of dust and a large ceiling fan that was a dust magnet. They made everything shine and smell cleaned. They didn't stop for a moment from the time they arrived. Once again we couldn't have asked for a better job cleaning, shining and make our 4 bdrm, 2 bath and hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room smelling and looking sparkling clean. Everything looks great. Thanks again, I'm sure we will have you back again to do future cleanings.

Mildred and her team are fabulous. She came to give me an estimate the same day I called her for a deep renovation cleaning, very prompt and honest. She is not the cheapest in cost, but the quality of her work made it worth it. Her crew came of 7 on Memorial Day and thoroughly cleaned every surface of my house. I like her work so much that I sign up for a monthly cleaning with her. Highly recommend.

They came on-time, initially with two people (more arrived later), and cleaned for about 3.5 hours. Everything got done as desired. They took care of the build-up I was struggling with, as well as cleaning up every nook and cranny. Everything looked nice. The price didn't strike me as the biggest bargain, but I don't know if I'd be as satisfied with a cheaper company. Also, an estimate of $180 was given for future cleanings after this initial deep cleaning. Besides the cleaning, I'm very happy with the excellent communication provided by Mildred. It was quick and easy to get everything taken care of how I wanted.

Very well. They clean and shine floors and furniture, appliances, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures and patio door. When I come home at end of day, I so enjoy seeing everything shiny and clean. I have figured out what things are most important to me and email Mildred , the owner, and everything is done as I asked. Great company to work with.

Their exceptional service went far beyond the norm when we had prolonged rain in Madison. I was out of town and didn't know my basement had water in it. Mildred and Ricardo found the water, sent me pictures so I would know where it had gathered, and then they went to work. They moved boxes full of my possessions to dry ground. They vacuumed up the water. They repacked some items. They recycled the damaged items. They did a complete clean-up just because they were there, and they knew I needed the help. They worked beyond their normal schedule and saved me hours of work. This group is very special!

Mildred and her crew have been cleaning our house monthly for over 4 years. They are punctual and reliable and do a wonderful job. The house literally sparkles when they are finished! We also hired them recently to do a comprehensive cleaning of a property during a move and they did a great job.

RM Cleaning LLC is an excellent service provider. The owner does an initial walk through so you can discuss the details of what is important to you. We have been using their services for maybe 6 to 8 years. Totally trustworthy; they have a key to the house so they can clean if we are away. Friendly crew with little staff turnover. Several friends have moved over the years and RM Cleaners have done "deep" cleaning to get the house ready for showing. Cost depends on the size of the house and number of rooms.

I thing I really like is they will adjust the days of the month they clean for us so that if we are out of town or having a party we get the cleaning when need when we need it.

The RM crew is extremely thorough. On the day Mildred came out to my home to give me the estimate, she talked about the baseboards needing to be dusted and the light fixtures and windows needing to be cleaned. I had expected the cleanings to be primarily "floors, surfaces, bathroom & kitchen fixtures"--but I think they also include tops of the door frames!! Windowsills are clean, the baseboards, you name it, it's clean. I am so impressed. Love having them come!

Very well! Mildred and her team did exactly what I wanted done and I am so happy with my home. Everything that I told her, she followed through with. She did everything carefully and thoroughly and it means so much to see the work completed. They were kind, respectful and efficient. They seem to take great pride in their work and I am delighted.

Hired RM Cleaning to perform move out cleaning of my apartment. After reviewing and calling several housecleaning providers in Angies' list, RM was the only company willing to perform services on a weekend. Extremely pleased and satisfied with Mildred and her sister. They both arrived on time considering we hired them on a Sunday. They started work as soon as they got to the apartment and had all the cleaning supplies needed to perform the job. They were both very detailed and made sure no spot is missed. They took extra care of cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing the kitchen, appliances and bathroom and also helped removed spots on the wall. I really liked when they were willing to listen and made sure the job is done to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend their service.

They clean for us every two weeks. We have been very happy with their service, and they are very responsive to our comments. Pleasant people to work with.

I have had major bone surgery 3 years in a row, so my housekeeping had become difficult. On top of that, we finished off a room down stairs adding a window and drywall. So ended up with much dust. I hired a local person to clean and a date was set for her to come, and on that day she was a no show. Tried to call to check on her and no call back. My sons had moved as much out of the rooms as possible (to get a good cleaning). So the house was tore up and most everything was in the garage. This was a terrible day. So I joined Angie's list to see what was listed. I called RM Cleaning in the morning and by the afternoon Mildred was here to give me an estimate for the house. We set a date, she and her team were here on time and were very efficient. My house was spic and span. The oak cabinets needed some lemon oil, and they looked like new. I told Mildred I was embarrassed by the condition of my house, and she said she just wanted to make me happy. And she truly did. She is coming back to do our renters apartment.

Mildred is wonderful, a warm, caring person who treats her customers and workers with respect. And it shows! She has been cleaning our house through 3 moves for 15 years, . She always lets us know when she is coming, and her crews arrive promptly and get to work quietly and efficiently, each doing their own job and barely disturbing us. Sometimes we're here, sometimes we're not, but it doesn't matter. They are usually gone within an hour, leaving the house spotless. Mildred is the best cleaner we've ever had, and we'll keep her forever.
