Almost immediately after selling my house, I started searching for a cleaning service to perform a move-out, thorough clean of the home so that the new owners could see the home at its very best. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and I was initially daunted; I wanted a professional, reliable, and competent company but kept running into mixed reviews ... until I found RM Cleaning LLC. After reading the glowing reviews, I contacted RM Cleaning for a quote. I was immediately impressed by their professionalism; Carlos quickly contacted me to set up an appointment with Mildred to discuss my cleaning needs. Mildred was magnificent--I cannot stress enough just how passionate she is about offering the best possible service and experience for her clients. She is so knowledgeable and absolutely delightful to work with. Prior to the day, Mildred called to touch base to check if anything else needed to be added to the cleaning list. On the day, I received a text telling me that the cleaning crew (Blue Team) was on their way. They arrived at my home at the scheduled time and did an absolutely phenomenal job. They went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations! The house was absolutely gleaming from the light fixtures to the floors, and the whole house smelled amazing (one of the things I truly love about RM Cleaning was their commitment to chemical-free cleaning solutions). The house has never looked so beautiful--I was so sorry that I didn't use their services while I lived there! Not only did Carlos keep me informed every step of the way, he also contacted me after the cleaning had taken place to ask for feedback and to ensure that I was happy with the service. I was THRILLED with the service! Do not hesitate to use this phenomenal company--they are highly skilled, passionate about cleaning and customer service, and incredibly well organized. I have recommended them to all of my friends and will use their services when I leave my current home.

RM Cleaning is amazing. They are responsive and easy to schedule with. They always show up on time and never cancel. Their team cleans my entire house spotlessly in a couple hours, getting the nooks and crannies I never have time to get to. Since COVID hit, they have been excellent at observing careful safety protocol including wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers. I highly recommend them.

RM Cleaning did an incredible job getting my home ready for sale, even though they had to work in the midst of a bit of chaos with other vendors (painters, carpenters) also trying to finish up their services. As promised, they cleaned every surface, including my unfinished basement. My home looked and smelled clean, fresh and inviting, and it sold immediately. The entire RM team was focused and professional, but also friendly and kind. I would hire them again in a second--indeed, I already have! I'm having them come back after the movers clear everything out to freshen the place up just before my buyers take possession so that when they come into their new home, they are met with the same sense of cleanliness and freshness as when they originally purchased.

We have to do a bit in between because we have dogs, but the once monthly cleanings keep it pretty clean. Don't get me wrong, as soon as I have a little bit more disposable income, I'm going to get on your 2x per month list! The team did a great job on our deep clean of our condo. From the hard to reach and forgotten nooks that needed dusting to cleaning the oven and more, the place sparkled when they were done. I look forward to scheduling regular deep cleanings with RM Cleaning!

RM cleaning is a team of hard working, reliable people who are conscientious and perform the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. They show up on time and get right to work. I've had other cleaning services do ok but RM cleaning goes beyond the norm. They pay attention to detail without my having to remind them. Their cleaning is always done completely and I never have to complete or finish anything. Highly recommend RM Cleaning.

We have had RM Cleaning several times. A few times a team came after construction projects in our home. A new kitchen or a new fireplace caused tons of dust etc and they did an amazing job cleaning and dusting !!!

Clean stains that we couldn't remove. All fixtures shined. I was very happy when I can home to sparkling and fresh clean smelling house.

A supervisor came out to the house and gave an estimate. We talked about which areas to focus on and which to avoid. We said we specifically wanted more focus on the kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, washing machine, and dishwasher. We were assured that the cleaning would be very thorough and go from top to bottom and were given an estimate of 4 to 5 hours. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaning crew arrived on time and started cleaning. They spent quite a lot of time on the second floor, where they started, and became less thorough as they proceeded downwards through the main floor and the basement. The work ended up taking much longer than estimated. After they left, we noticed various areas were not cleaned very thoroughly, including kitchen cabinets and in the bathrooms. The wood floors were not wiped and cobwebs were left on the ceilings and walls of most of the rooms. We complained to the supervisor, and she was very responsive and gave us a discount. She also offered to send her crew back to clean again, but she wanted to send them over the Thanksgiving holiday. By that time, we had already ended up recleaning the house ourselves, so we refused because having people in our house during the holiday would have been very inconvenient. The supervisor was responsive and professional, but the service was a disappointment.

It went well. I have never met this cleaning crew. I don’t trust easily either. They showed up, brought all there own cleaning supplies, and get a wonderful job. I left a check on the counter, and was very happy! I actually texted them and told them I will be using them again.

We used RM Cleaning several times in the past year, for deep cleaning and routine cleaning. In all cases they were amazing. We put our house on the market to sell in April and their deep cleaning for that was all we were told and more. They cleaned from top to bottom of every room. They made everything shine including baseboards, walls, windows and screens, cabinets, all the flooring from carpets, wood, marble, and ceramic tile, appliances, bathrooms, etc. Mildred was very responsive, professional, and caring. She communicates extremely well and followed up on everything afterwards too. They have a very organized and efficient crew that come in to clean. I was surprised how much they did and how thorough and fast they were. We later had them do a final cleaning after we moved everything out once it was sold. I have also had them do more routine cleaning at my new home. Besides doing great quality cleaning, I have been impressed with the systems they have in regard to communicating with you along the way, whether a personal phone call, email, and text messages to send reminders and alerts when to expect the crew to arrive! As a working professional that made it so much easier than sitting all day wondering if/when they’d show up! I definitely would recommend them with a 5 star rating and higher if I could!

Excellent service once again! We hired Mildred and her crew last Spring as we prepared to sell our house in Middleton. They performed a deep cleaning and followed up with another once we moved out. Recently I hired RM Cleaning again to come out to my new home and once again they impressed me with their thoroughness, efficiency, communication all along the way, and the quality of their work. Their crew is very organized, brings their own cleaning supplies, takes care of your personal belongings so they do not break or damage anything, makes sure you are happy with what they have done, and make everything sparkle from top to bottom! They know what to use to clean different surfaces and materials (marble, granite, wood, etc.) I wrote a review of the deep cleaning of my other home and I would say they didn’t disappoint this recent time they cleaned my new home. Unlike some services that make you wonder if and when they will show up, Mildred was very communicative. She called me to make sure it was set up to my needs, sent emails and texts to confirm and remind of the date/time, and a text to let me know when to expect them, and then another to alert that they were done. She followed up afterwards to make sure it all went well. Once again I was impressed and happy with their work. Mildred and her crew are real pros!

I hired RM Cleaning for a one time deep cleaning of my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch style home. We have two kids, two cats and two guinea pigs. RM Cleaning came out and gave me a free quote ahead of time explaining everything they would be doing. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, 4 people showed up and they were punctual, friendly and extremely efficient. They detail cleaned our entire home from top to bottom including the full basement with a finished laundry room and movie room. The oven was fully cleaned, along with the microwave and fridge. They dusted all surfaces, cleaned floors, outsides of cupboards, vacuumed throughout including cushions and under all furniture and even cleaned the insides of all windows. All of this was done in under 5 hours which was under the estimated time of their quote. I am beyond pleased with their work and highly recommend their services. I have scheduled them to come back monthly going forward for regular cleanings. I can't wait for the next time.

RM Cleaning performed what it calls “Deep Cleaning for Show.” This means cleaning EVERYTHING, including the dusting the vaulted beams & the chandeliers, cleaning the screened porch, the garage, the blinds, the ovens, the freezers and refrigerator (inside and behind), oiling all the smooth wood, vacuuming and shampooing the carpets, etc. The crew cleaned every nook and cranny of my parent's 6,000 square foot home, and they did a wonderful job. The house is the cleanest I’ve ever seen it; RM Cleaning made the place glow and shine!

Mildred and her crew were fantastic. I never fully unpacked when I moved into my current home, and things kind of piled up. They helped me unpack, organize, and did a fantastic job at cleaning my home. They moved everything to vacuum and dust, and I was amazed with how my kitchen and bathroom cleaned up. My place was definitely cleaner than when I moved in. They even took things to the trash room and Goodwill. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I am going to use them again.

The cleaners seemed very conscientious, they even moved boxes to clean underneath. Communication was a challenge, however.

She came with a team of 5 people and they cleaned, dusted, shampooed carpets on 3 floors. Cleaned inside and outside kitchen appliances, deep cleaned 2 full baths and 4 bedrooms, oiled woodwork, cleaned cabinet handles. They helped organize our junky basement, hauled some items to St. Vincent DePaul, and some items to the dump. It took around 6-7 hrs to accomplish all of that. We were very pleased with the results. We then hired them to do a regular cleaning once a month. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I went to Angie's list to check reviews and found one service that helps both organize and clean. Reviews were excellent. Mildred of RM Cleaning understood exactly what was needed and her team and she were exactly what I needed. Two dumpsters of trash, umpteen loads to donations, and the keepers are organized where I want it. Her team worked so hard cleaning everything. Nicest crew you could ask for. Yes some things are hiding but that is insignificant compared to what has been accomplished. Mildred is an outstanding leader for her crew and worked right along with them plus keeping me directly involved in sorting and decision making. As close to perfection as we could get!! I cannot thank them enough and I think they saved my sanity too.

Mildred came with her team the day of the cleaning and explained to them everything that I wanted done. They went to work immediately and were done in about 3 hours. I could not believe how clean the house looked after the work was done. The woodwork shines and the house smells fresh and clean. All the cobwebs and the dust that was in every corner is now gone. I will certainly hire Mildred and her team again.
