Description of Work: The driver filled out an inventory that sounded like a budding-lawyer wrote it....everything I owned was damaged. |I used this company because of the representative I'd used before many times w/ many happy, successful moves. Unfortunately she couldn't make up for the lousy driver.....abrasions, chunks out of wood (new & antique), damage I'd never seen before. |BUT packing my china etc was great. |Drivers are responsible for packing in truck, so he is ultimately responsible and did a crappy job. Never again!

+ -1 moreThe experience working with Reynolds Transfer was easy and smooth from my initial consultation with Shane to the actual move date. Shane came out to the house and did a very accurate estimate on the time and cost to move us from one house to another. On moving day, the movers - 4 of them - arrived promptly at 7:30 and got to work immediately. They were efficient in their preparations and the packing of the truck. They carefully wrapped furniture and delicate items and took great care in moving items from the house into the truck. They were equally efficient unpacking the truck and putting things in place in the new house. If boxes weren't clearly marked, they always asked where things went.They were professional and friendly and worked their butts off in very cold temperatures. The price was a little higher compared to other quotes we received, but in the end, it was well worth it. I would highly recommend Reynolds Transfer for a move whether it's a big move or a small one like ours. You won't be disappointed.
Description of Work: Reynolds Transfer did a complete household move from my old home to my new home.
