Description of Work: They came, and the ants went:-) We were asked to not kill ants, to allow them to take the bait back to the queen. It seems to have worked. They also treated several ant hills in the yard. I am very happy to be rid of the ants with a single visit.

Description of Work: They did a thorough investigation and set bait boxes out as well as treating for spiders and a wasp nest we didn't know we had. We opted for the quarterly service plan (paid for the year) which was a good price. Professional, clean, and thorough.

Description of Work: We spoke by phone first, and they immediately wanted to make sure that I had not tried to plug the yellowjacket nest under my siding. (I knew not to do that, but appreciated their first concern.) Both my front and back doors were threatened by yellow jacket nests, and I was afraid my dog was going to eat one! | |The came within a hour or two, treated both nests and checked for hotspots. Very nice and professional, and it was great to be able to enter and exit the house without fear of attack. | |Will definitely use Professional Pest Control again if pestered!

Description of Work: We discovered a very large hornet's nest up very high on a second level and we didn't have a ladder tall enough to be able to safely remove it. We looked for a service provider on Angie's List and called Professional Pest Control. He came out that same day, got rid of the nest as well as several other smaller nests. | |We have decided to use him quarterly as a preventative pest control. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very informative.

Description of Work: Tom came promptly on time, and explained that not only did I need to put the cat somewhere secure during and for at least 2 hours after the treatment, my daughter and I also needed to leave the house for 2 hours afterward. He sprayed inside around baseboards and outside around the foundation.. I called them because I had been seeing ants in the living room already this spring, and I have not seen an ant there or anywhere else. The service is guaranteed for 30 days. Thus far, I am a happy camper.
