Have not hear any activity since they came. Problem seems to be eliminated.

They explained that carpenter ants were not destructive to new wood but if I had located the nest they would be easy to control. They did not try to lock me into a unnecessary contract like other more expensive services.

They came on time, they did what they said they would do, and the price was what they said it would be. Until last week, we didn?t see any dead mice. They surveyed the house looking for residue and trace then they sprayed wherever they felt it was needed. Everything that we were concerned about disappeared. I'd recommend them.

They answered my phone call very professionally. They said they weren't able to come out until I know exactly where the bat was at. I found the bat and they came out within a half hour and removed the bat. The reason they wanted me to find the bat is they charge by the hour and that if they didn't find it, it would cost me money for nothing.

Came the same day we called. Offers a one-time fee for work or an initial up front charge and then a monthly service charge for a year contract. We chose the year contract because the one-time service was not guaranteed.

Very well. The company responded to my call immediately and were here within one hour of my initial call. The gentleman who came was very professional and kind. He got to work right away and finished the job successfully.

I spoke with Tom at length via the telephone before hiring professional Pest Control. I had the same conversation with several other local companies as well. PPC's costs were comparable, but the phone interaction with both Tom and the person who initially answered my call was much better. Tom arrived on time and followed the schedule and procedures exactly as he had described. He communicated with us daily by phone and successfully trapped and removed two raccoons within one week's time. His manner was friendly and professional. He clearly knows his job. The billing included a detailed written log of each day's work.
