Did a walk around looking at the roof for entrances. Looked for other entrances in the corner moldings and found indications of activity. Put up a ladder and looked in the attic. Saw indications of mice runs in the insulation. Did not go into attic. Spread the mouse poison by tossing it from the attic opening.

We had a very late request from a lender for a termite inspection. We called several companies and not one was willing to help us out. Then we called Tom at Professional Pest Control. They went way out of their way to accommodate us and worked us into their busy schedule that day. I would highly recommend his company. Thanks for all your help!

Professional Pest Control arrived on time within the promised schedule window. The technician went up into the attic and visually inspected the wasp nests. He the sprayed the second story gable vents to the attic on the outside and then went into the attic and knocked down the nests after spraying them. He offered to come back in a couple days if needed.

I plan on using Professional Pest Control Co Inc again. They spray for bugs and the experience is excellent. The gentleman who comes out has become a friend because we've been using them for so long. They are responsive and provide good service.

Barry came out, heard my concerns, problem-solved the situation, did on a subsequent day what he said he was going to do, and then billed us. Very satisfied with his work.

Very well. They came out very quickly to eliminate the wasps, within a few hours of my call, and I thought the price was extremely reasonable given the trip and the service. I appreciated both the advice on preventing wasp nests in the future, and the advice on identifying termites. Both of these cost them future business by giving me the knowledge to deal with the situations myself. But both were the right and decent thing to do for me, so I think very favorably of them.

I heard squeaking and nibbling in our upstairs walls, and the traps I had put out in our attic crawlspaces were catching some mice. I just wanted it to stop completely. I called Professional Pest Control and they were able to send out a tech that same day. The tech brought some high-powered mouse bait with him to throw in the crawlspaces. He also went around the exterior of the house to check for any likely entry points, and advised us where they might be and how to fix them ourselves. The tech was personable and made sure our questions were answered. Before leaving he left a card with his cell phone number in case we had more questions. Since his visit I haven't heard any mice in the walls, nor have I smelled any evidence of the now-deceased rodents.

He just threw poison pellets to get rid of the mouse and did nothing else. They didn't get rid of the mouse and still charged us and told us if they had to come back they would have to charge us again. I ended up having to get rid of the mouse myself.

The guy that comes here is Mike and we are just very happy with him. He is just wonderful about calling. He pays attention to us about our concerns of my dog. He is just a wonderful personality and we are just extremely pleased with him. He came in September then October and so we told him that we needed him only once and told him to come back next year. We signed up for so many months and each time it was $32. We don’t dislike anything about him and that’s why we told him to come back next year. He is really easy going nice person. We would recommend him to anybody as he is dependable and very considerate. The company is very nice too.

We like them. They have very friendly customer service. They are very responsive. There is nothing negative I can say. I would use them in the future.

Great. I called in the morning and they sent someone out the same day. He removed the wasps and gave us advice on how to prevent infestations in the future. A few weeks later insects were crawling around our garage door that we thought might be termites. I called and asked them to come out and look at it, but they spent a few minutes on the phone asking questions about the situation, and we were able to determine that they were just light-colored winged ants, not termites. I was impressed that they took the time for that since it cost them a paid service visit. I'll definitely work with them again if the need arises.

Serviceman came at the appointed time, I showed him where the wasps were, he went back to his vehicle and got the sprayer, did the spraying. He looked around for other nests but didn't see any. Total about 15 minutes work. I was glad the job was done, but felt like $125 was too high. For example, I had a dishwasher repair a couple of weeks later that cost around $75.

They are professional, always accommodating and guarantee their work. When you have any special problems they are always willing to come back and address that problem at no charge. We use them monthly and just had them back because we had a problem with ants. They check the interior and exterior for mice and they take care of anything they see. I will use them again in the future.

They took care of it and we had no problem with them. They talked me into doing a year long thing instead of a one time application, they gave us a discount for the one year. They did take care of the problem so now it's more of a maintenance. We will see if anything comes back in the spring and how they do. They were very friendly, did a good job and told us exactly what they did. They are forthright, I think as a business man myself I would have done the same thing. I would have sold up and tried to get the business and see where it goes. It was my choice to get the year long service and they didn't push me. The price was pretty good. It's winter now so we want to see what happens when the varmints come back out in the spring.

I was having problems with huge swarms of ants around my house and I was unable to get rid of them with the spray I was buying at the store. Someone came out and talked with a me a bit about what problems I'd been having, what my goals were, and figured out the best plan for treating the problem. He was very friendly and professional and has been back to spray once a month and will continue to do so for the next year to make sure nothing new pops up and the insects I had been having problems with don't come back.

Their inspection was cursory. Their traps caught nothing. What he told us about mice was useful, but we've found out much more on the Web since then. I'd recommend making sure the inspector looks everywhere. Insist on information about how long to expect to see mice, what to do about plantings around the house, what to do about utility entry points. Research on the Web before the pest control people arrive. They offer a guaranty only if you sign for their monthly service, but this visit did not inspire me to do so.

Yellowjackets arrived over the weekend, creating a nest in the ground right by the front door of our house. Scared off the birds, chipmunks, squirrels and homeowners. After considering doing the job myself, I called Pro Pest Control Monday afternoon. First thing Tuesday morning they came out to spray the nest. Within an hour or two the action around the nest had subsided considerably. The next day there was no wasp action at all, the birds and chipmunks returned to their normal routine. They did a good job explaining exactly what they would do and what we should expect. They said they would come back to finish the job if there were still wasps around after a few days (we didn't need to call them back). No apparent damage to nearby plants. Great job all around.

He arrive exactly on time. He examined our attic inside and outside. He was able to determine we had mice, wasps, and a bat in our attic. He set out bait for mice, and told us that a bat was also up there -- they don't handle bats. He also found wasp nests we didn't know about and exterminated them. He also advised us where we need to seal our attic to prevent roddents and insects from getting in. Overall, I had no idea we had a bat, and I don't know that I would have figured that out on my own until things got serious.

Hornets in the way of upcoming driveway culvert replacement. Vendor was on premises within 2 hours of my call. They used a material above ground hornets imported to the underground nest. Told me it would take 24-36 hours to be fully effective. At 24 hours all hornet activity had ceased. Fine service, prompt, as promised, fully effective.
