I was impressed by Chad's professional attitude and helpfulness. He took care of parts of the job during the first visit, and came back a second time with some outdated parts needed to finish the job. I was not charged any traveling fees, and he promised to return again, should the inspector find any issues that might need attention. He also gave me some materials to take care of minor issues where I felt that I could do them myself, saving labor costs, but he was still willing to step in if I failed and called him out to help. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is comfortable doing some work themselves, but want the more difficult or critical things to be taken care of by a professional.

Northside responded promptly to our call and schedule a visit for the next day. The electrician did not appear that day, but called the next business day, apologized for the mistake, and waived the trip fee for the visit that day. I was impressed by their professionalism in making good on a small error on their part. Overall, the work was completed quickly and professionally.

Being a remodeling contractor, I consider myself to be very picky, and normally consider my subcontractors with great scrutiny. In over 7 years I have never see such accurate, punctual, honest, and professional customer service and workmanship. Mark and Chad both have worked with me and the homeowners to find price effective ways to complete small and elaborate electrical projects. They both are excellent working directly with my customers, in addition to doing great business with my company. Northside Electric has always been very upfront and honest with me, and I find that to be very important. Their work site has always been safe and clean and that is truly hard to find. Very "small town" comfortable feel working with Mark or Chad. I intend to use Northside Electric for all my electrician work in the future. I highly recommend them to any contractor or homeowner for any electrical projects big or small.

I can't speak highly enough of Northside Electric - Mark is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the work was done promptly and perfectly, A++ all around. Even the final price was a pleasant surprise - about $100-200 lower than the original ballpark estimate, and considerably lower than I had expected to pay. GREAT contractor - the best experience I've ever had calling someone to do work - and I won't hesitate to use them again when I need electrical in the future.

Great. Mark and Chris were friendly and professional. They proved respectful of my living space and flexible regarding timing. Mark provided estimates for various approaches to the work and didn't push any particular solution. He also responded to phone calls promptly, often within the hour. He also communicated on the progress of the job so I didn't feel in the dark about how things were going. All results are satisfactory.

Mark came and completely rewired the ceiling fixture. Then he replaced two wall switches because they weren't working. It wasn't the ceiling fixture it was the wall switches. Mark is a really nice person and very reliable. He did the work with great expertise. I trust him completely to do only the work needed. I will use him for all my electrical problems and repairs.

They were very easy to get a hold of, even on a Saturday. They came out the following Monday to complete the work and completed it quickly. They even took some time to answer some other electrical lighting questions we had as we are beginning to plan a kitchen remodel.

It went great. Mark is one of the nicest, most congenial, professional trades person that I have ever hired. He was pleasant, informative, and importantly fairly priced. If I ever need any more electrical work done, I am calling him.

Tenant reported a problem, so I called Mark and he fixed it.
