Description of Work: The maids arrive promptly and do an impeccable job. They are warm and friendly while at the same time very professional. The business owner, Jack is wonderful to work with. One of the maids, Margaret Zander, deserves a very special mention for her energy, positive attitude,efficiency and an incredible attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: We paid for 4 hours of cleaning with two people. One of the cleaners wasn't able to make it and they made it right by doing what they could with one cleaner the day they were scheduled and rescheduled the rest of the cleaning for another day. With a flexible schedule I was able to make this work. Otherwise it could have been fairly inconvenient.

Description of Work: The owner was excellent. With less than a week before we needed our home cleaned, the owner not only was willing to do this at the last minute but also rescheduled her crew to clean our home the day before a Christmas Party. The crew were very pleseant, prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Cleaned house. Had to remind them many times about missed spaces. They asked often before job was done "is that about it then" to which I said what about the Rec Room as discussed, or the bath tub etc. etc. One worker had to leave for a job interview. She came back smelling like marijuana. Owner was nice and accommodating, appeared willing to make the customer happy. I do not want to have to watch my stuff, and check up on somebody's employees.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. One cleaner spent the entire time cleaning my kitchen. And I don't have a very big kitchen. I have no idea why it took him so long. As a result they didn't spend any time in my living room. I could hear the cleaners constantly visiting. They were pleasant enough but the quality and speed just wasn't up to par.

Description of Work: Requested cleaning of two bathrooms and kitchen as a priority for the three hours. Jack, the owner, did a very good job cleaning one bathroom. His helper spent 3 hours accomplishing little in the second bathroom. Jack stayed longer to finish the second bathroom, the kitchen and the master bedroom, without charging, to make up for his inadequate assistant. What might have been a good experience resulted in both bathrooms and the kitchen being tied up for hours.

Maid To Sparkle Madison offers the following services: Remove cobwebs; polish/dust furniture, pictures, mirrors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, window sill and base boards. Empty/reline waste baskets, change linens (if provided) and vacuum/wash floors. Kitchens-clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, microwave (inside and out) outside of all appliances and cabinets. Bathrooms-clean and disinfect tub, shower, sinks, toilets, mirrors and floor. We provide all necessary supplies and equipment.
Moving furniture, window cleaning, vacuuming furniture, dusting min blinds, cleaning inside of appliances (other than microwave) or cleaning walls. These services are considered special, but are available for an additional fee.
